I was reading a report that eerily reminded me of the Colts. It said:

" I met a very senior management consultant who is tearing their hair out about the absolute by-the-numbers, leave-your-brain-at-home approach of a certain company's workforce. The consultant is completely aware of the creativity and energy the very same employees expend on their hobbies and private life. Their mediocrity at work is a symptom of the company's expectations of their behaviour, NOT inherent to the employees themselves. And it is incredibly difficult to change! " - <Name withheld>

 

Should this be a coaching "what are we missing" question?
