Funny Stat about the Broncos, Bucs and Jaguars

After doing a little research, I found out this very interesting stat.

 

The Bucs have only put up a total of 34 points to start the year:

Week 1 -- 17 against the Jets

Week 2 -- 14 against the Saints

Week 3 -- 3 against the Patriots

 

The Jaguars have put up a total of 28 points to start the year, which is just flat out embarassing:

Week 1 -- 2 against the Chiefs

Week 2 -- 9 against the Raiders

Week 3 -- 17 against Seattle (funny how that works)

 

You combine those 2 and you get a total of 62 points.

 

Let's look at the Broncos.

They're put up at least 37 points in each of their games to start the year:

Week 1 -- 49 against the Ravens

Week 2 -- 41 against the Giants

Week 3 -- 37 against the Raiders

 

That makes a total of 127 points to start the year. That's more than double the combined points put up by the Jags and Bucs. The Broncos have 4x the amount of points as the Jaguars and a little less than 4x on the Bucs.

 

If that's happening to you after 3 weeks, and I don't care who the team is, you have to switch something up.

Selective statistics. The fact those teams are 0-3 is a relevent statistic because they only need score more than their opponent...they can't control how many pts the Broncos score. Yes those teams are failures so far...but it doesn't correlate imo. I do applaud your math though lol!

Pointless to compare a top tier team to 2 bottom feeders that you know don't have top offenses.
