It depends on how good he is and how good the team is around him. The better he is and the team around him the more games he may miss.

....but how would the colts have drafted Stroud, regardless if Ballard, Brown, and Dodds all loved him since he wasn't falling to #4 AND the colts weren't moving up to get him?? They were worried to death someone would trade up to #3 and get AR5 and still.wouldn't even move up to #3, one spot, to get their guy. They were content on getting whoever fell to them and probably expected it would be a choice between Levis and AR5.

Just my opinion, but i think what went wrong for the eagles was something internal. I don't know what but I don't think it was losing their coordinators(they started 10-1) or personnel or X's & O's. I think there was problems inside and the team lost their will to play and maybe even coach like before. The team seemed just going through the motions. Just me guessing lol. Management needs to correctly evaluate what the problem was(if they haven't already) before they can fix it.
