    Trying to give a pill to a 17 lb cat with long claws. So far, braunschweiger and hotdogs have failed

      finally got the pill down and he threw it up! Trying to sedate him so I can trim his claws which are so long they make noise when he's walking!

      Funny, we had to trim our cat's claws too. She was noisy when walking around. Forgunatelly she's a 7 ib spayed female cat, so we needn't sedate her.
