I have been watching sports for nearly 40 years since I was a 5 year old kid and I have no idea what is going on. I still haven't heard anything major yet either. Kind of strange

I can't make heads or tails of it either. 

On one head he could be silent because hes not making changes, but it seems to me like if he were keeping them Irsay would just say so.

I'm also thinking theres a heck of a lot of smoke, so there must be a fire.

Yeah he is usually Mr Twitter and Tweets a lot of stuff that is important regarding the team. Nothing so far regarding the Coaching situation, one would think that is pretty important LOL. Even if his intention is to keep Chuck, one would think he would say so in his own words. He probably isn't making a change and I never thought he would but I could be wrong. That is the problem, nobody knows without 100% certainty because he's been silent. Then you hear the Gruden rumors as well on top of it.
