To The Peyton Lovers That No Longer Like Or Support The Colts.

I have a small hope regarding those people that have posted and stated that now with Peyton released, they will never support, watch, or have anything to do with the Colts ever again. My hope is that a number of you are season ticket holders with seats in the lower Club Section. Since not supporting the Colts you will be giving those up which is great, the wife and I are hoping to upgrade our season tickets.

I became a fan because of Peyton, but I'm not leaving now! Easy to be loyal when times are good. I'm a COLTS fan forever.

The truth is coming to light.- It was not money, it was not health and certainly not a business decision, it was all about ego and senility of the horse shoe owner that has created this mess. He is trying to sell people his side of the story and I feel sorry for those who buy into it in the name of being loyal fans. If you are a Hoosier then root for Pacers. Go Pacers

No it was about doing the right thing if we had kept PEYTON with all these bloated contracts we would have been in CAP heck and in the long run a lot worse off IRSAY did PEYTON a favor and gave him a better chance to win GO COLTS

I'm not a real Colts fan. Love Peyton, but Giants is my team. I won't root against or for Colts now. I'll follow Peyton as my other team. No loss though - I don't live near Indy, don't go to games, and have never purchased any Colts stuff. Can't help you with the tickets, unfortunately.

Yes the tickets have been paid for already. Just planning ahead and some wishful thinking, everyone have a super day.

Walking away from the Colts over this is sad. Calling out the people who are walking away is just as sad.

It was Manning that made the fan base not :edit: Jim Irsay that said if he wants to stay he can and it wasn't because of the money! Jim Irsay realize Peyton was a true Colt not Jim and it became a power trip for Irsay! If you believe in Jim Irsay well bless your heart because Peyton will always be a bigger COLT than Irsay! Oh by the way it wasn 't Irsay's jersery that paid his bill's it was Peyton!

I just want to say I am a woman and I'm not jumping ship! I don't know why that comment was even made but it irritates me. I have stated in many posts I am a colts fan no matter what. It does not matter what happens, I will be loyal to this team and will die a colts fan. I wish fans would not turn on each other and just let it be. To each there own. Can't we all just get along?

Irsay stated publicly Manning could stay if he restructured his contract. It was Manning that chose to go, at least get it right. Manning wanted to leave us because we were overblown cap to even sustain him and all the other contracts. Irsay was smart and 100% right to let Manning choose to go. It was Mannings decision, not Irsay's. But it just happened to benefit us most that Manning left, because now we can start over with Luck.

The feelings you were discussing happenned to me in 2000 when Ken Dilger was released but I am back and Kenny has a ring from his days in TB.
