I am excited to see how he plays. He sounds just like Matt Ryan when he talks. Lol. Talking about having to treat players different because they have different personalities. Sounds like a true leader.

The weird part was Marcus Mariota left the team because he was benched, a far cry from how Matt Ryan handled it, IMO.

Matty Ice is pure class, a top 25 QB of all-time, Hall of Famer, SB runner-up, League MVP and has won almost 60% of his games + he is top 7 all-time in passing yards.

It's my understanding that Mariota was hurt - and - going to be placed on IR.

 

I concur with the fact that Matt Ryan is pure class.

This should have happened a lot sooner really. Nobody with a clue thought Mariota was the answer. Ridder might not be either but at least find out sooner instead of later.

He had surgery and also had a baby. There was a lot to be made out of nothing with that.
