I think moncrief certainly can challenge for the best no 2 wr in the league IMO terrance Williams is the best no 2 (when dez is in) not a cowboys fan btw

 

No way is Williams the best #2. He has a hard time getting separation from DB's. I think any #2 would be good playing opposite from Dez with all the attention he demands.

Ik he's a rookie but I think smith should return and start in place of toler because of his press coverage. Toler doesn't excel because he's always 10 yards off I can't think it's scheme with him seems like he's afraid of being beat deep and then still gets burned deep. And if it's not deep it's an easy 5 yard catch which they juke him for 10 yards or more smh
