Is this really a Cinderella story how many players on our current team could potentially be Hall of Famers I can think of three right off the top of my head. JT, okay is out. Buckner and Nelson maybe more.

Steichen had made some big coaching mistakes in this game that will probably cost us the game. I mean run the damn ball and his clock management was terrible in that 2 minute drill. I don't blame that miss on Matt Gay I blame Steichen on that one for terrible clock management. I've continued to say it and I always have and always will say Minchew will not win a game for you we are going to have to run the ball to win games end of story. So as you can see I'm very upset with Steichen right now.

We need a CB and I don’t know the status of Brents this coming game. But I would think the Colts have a plan in mind after cutting Shaq. Is there a CB available right now that could help us? My guess is know because I’m sure there are a lot teams looking for the same thing.

I think John Lynch should be in tier 1 in my opinion. Their team is loaded with talent and they are winning 7-3. I don’t think Jerry Jones should be up there yeah there winning this year but how long has he been in that position and what have they won?

I agree with you actually Minschew got to know that for himself and it’ll help his game and our offense.

I think now Minchew is afraid to make a mistake now and it’s hurting our offense big time. I think he just needs go out and play his game and let the chips fall where they may. The o- line just needs to play better and that would help a lot with the strip fumbles from happening. He moves around so much in the pocket so much he’s afraid of the strip fumble. I say just play your game it’s the ultimate team game.

It looks like Minshew has a helmet that lets the pressure out during a blow to the head and that seems more appropriate to me more should use it.

I don’t see Moss still being here next year at all they ran him one time against the Pats.

I still have the great jump shot and was a great rebounder but like you, I'm only six foot. I loved how Coach Knight got his players to play as a team. He also made them into good people. In this year's team, there is too much individual play to much NBA style and that would have never flown with Coach Knight and that's one of the reasons why Coach Knight won so much. Woodson recruits great athletes not necessarily great basketball players who will do everything for the team you can't win championships that way.

One of my favorite GM’s has been John Lynch in SF I’ve liked the teams he has built. He is flexible in his decisions he’s not against spending money if need be on the right guy without putting the team in salary cap hell in the long run I’m not a fan so to speak but I like the way their team is built. I agree with you on Ballard he needs to go he’s to stuck in his ways and is not flexible at times when he needs to be. I haven’t like the pass rushers he’s drafted and we need a number 1 receiver. I don’t think Gilmore wanted to play for us anymore but he should have found a way. Irsay is way to loyal.

Yes, and make our running backs look even better.

Yes, a good pass rush from our edges would help but Paye isn’t getting it done another bad draft pick by Ballard. So again we need a upgrade there.
