Yep, the prosecution hedged their bets on the charge that they could not prove beyond reasonable doubt and it backfired. I do think the civil trials will be a different story.
You are totally right Brent. Right from the President at the top, this case was set up to be a political one. Maybe the President should worry about his native Chicago first.
