    I got offered a $24,000+ Scholarship from a Texas College. But, Mother is being overprotective & strongly considering not letting me Go. *Sigh* Only in the life of TK smh.

      Crongratz TK. Seriously that is huge. With all do respect to your Mom you need to go there. $24K is A LOT of money! That is my tuition for four semesters. You need to take that money. I wish I took high school more seriously for these type of opportunities. A 2.0 High School student pulling a 3.0+gpa in college doesn't correlate. I didn't care and now it's biting me in the buttux.
