My view of Chris Ballard has always been positive. We ALL make mistakes in our workplace - at home - and - in our personal lives. His job is under far more scrutiny than ours are. You also have to remember that if the PLAYER ends up a bust - it's on the PLAYER - and - not on Ballard or the scouting team. Not ALL players will make a successful transition to the NFL game.

Doubtful - they'd have to hire PROFESSIONAL REFEREES and pay them accordingly. Weekend referees are likely cheaper - and - therefore a keeper. Remember when the NFL Network PROMISED that it would be available to EVERY HOME IN AMERICA? Yeah - that never happened.

David Tupper's decision to fire Frank Reich as the head coach after ONLY 11 GAMES has just made the Carolina Panthers job the LEAST DESIRABLE NFL coaching vacancy this year. Tupper's impatience - PLUS - the fact that the roster is riddled with mediocre talent - AND - the "high draft pick closet is bare" mean that there isn't going to be a way to turn this team around in the near future. Additionally - it is now coming out that Frank Reich wanted to draft CJ Stroud at #1 overall - and - Tupper overruled him. You couldn't GIVE ME this head coaching job if I were a coaching candidate. I wouldn't even be willing to interview for it.

The "reason" that the HOF voters give for Reggie Wayne's waiting is that there are a number of WR's who have the credentials & stats - but - have been waiting longer than Reggie. Horse hockey - vote the man in THIS YEAR!!

The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced the 25 semifinalist list for the 2024 HOF Class. 3 Colts legends made the cut: WR Reggie Wayne DE Dwight Freeney DE Robert Mathis CONGRATS TO ALL 3 - and - keeping fingers crossed that AT LEAST 1 makes the 2024 class!!

Our entire TE group is being considerably underutilized!! Thus far this year - Will Mallory seems to be the "cream of the crop". Nick Cross is definitely a head-scratcher!! He can lower the boom - and - would definitely help in the defensive backfield.

While I realize the Colts are in good hands with Zach Moss - Jonathan Taylor is on my fantasy team - and - with the fantasy playoffs coming - I NEED him to help me win my championship!!
