  1. I don't know how many wins we will end up with, but think this team is way in front of Manning's rookie year team. Our D is arguably top 10 in the league. One of top RBs on the league And Richardson is a dual threat, so he will win a couple game with his feet alone
  2. Let's let him at least get 1 first. Lol. Can't wait to watch his development.
  3. I don't think Andy Reid is retiring anytime soon. All that media talk at the end of last year was nonsense. Reid essentially said so when repeatably being asked about it. It's kinda like Popovich, he isn't going anywhere for few years now that Wemby is coming to town. Reid will stick around for a little while. It's hard to walk away from Mahomes.
  4. Yeah, I know. I googled because I wanted to spell his last name right and saw it. Copy/Paste.
  5. Yeah my buddy and me were talking about this last week. My son's (20+18) were surprised we haven't had a top 5 pick since 87. They just didn't realize how good the Pacers have been and for how long. Model of consistency. Many championship level teams throughout the years.
  6. That's his name? Yeah, same on Brown. Then I figure we got to replace Turner, who I don't WANT to get rid of, but would for Brown. So Ayton makes sense, with our offer sheet and we'll new found need a center of we traded Turner. I do think there is a decent chance we move up for Miller regardless. We have enough to make that deal happen no doubt. #7 #26 #29 #32 Duarte Jackson Nembhard Future first. Plenty to make that deal happen. Obviously not all that just listing some potentials.

  8. https://coltswire.usatoday.com/lists/indianapolis-colts-otas-takeaways-notes-anthony-richardson-week-1/ A lot of info in there. Will just quote what is to come.
  9. If anyone will, it would be Mahomes.
  10. Yep, look at all these mentions and not even a mention about Timothy Francis Donaghy. Lol Lol, whatever. What do you think about some of my trade scenarios above?
  11. Only the worst currently because the Crawford boys are gone. Danny/Joey.
  12. https://emergentmath.com/2011/04/19/the-dallas-mavericks-are-2-16-in-playoff-games-officiated-by-danny-crawford-is-this-statistically-significant/ https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.sbnation.com/platform/amp/nba/2013/6/11/4418498/nba-finals-2013-heat-vs-spurs-referees This was a big issue, back when the Pacers were battling with the Big 3 down there in Miami in early 2010's. Conspiracy theories? IDK, but there is enough stuff out there to question the validity sometimes.
  13. I've drifted away from the NBA more and more over the years. Like you said, too much stuff happens all the time. Scott Foster for instance. Certain players w/l record when he officiates is bewildering. How can the NBA just continually allow that kind of narrative to continue? It's more than him, but it often seems as if officials have an agenda. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/36227864/why-scott-foster-vs-chris-paul-become-nba-most-scrutinized-referee-player-matchup%3fplatform=amp I actually think this ended this year if I remember correctly(checked, it did), but come on, something seems off. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cbsnews.com/amp/boston/news/referee-scott-foster-working-as-crew-chief-for-celtics-heat-game-4/ Little close to home in this series List can go on and on. I used to legit check who game officials were, when they would be released at 9am game day mornings. Would always know when Foster was going to ref a game.
  14. Feel like most sports have became sports entertainment. Hard to believe a lot of stuff that happens. Will say I though the script was in for LeBron this year. So happy to be wrong on that.
  15. I actually think that , while it may decrease the KO return percentages a little, I think it could lead to more exciting returns. Most KO returners are going to feel like they can get the ball past the 25yd line if they start their return in the field of play. Now saying that, I also feel that the kickoff teams might let off the gas a little bit sometimes because they feel the other team will just be calling a fair catch. I don't think it will change too much, pro returners aren't college guys. They return KOs from 6-8yds deep sometimes. Now from the 5yd line. Most are returning it.
  16. Potentially, but I don't see it happening. We are pretty deep at RB and drafted Hull to fill that void. Plus looking at potential extension for Taylor, need those other RBs on rookie deals.
  17. They can get out of it next off-season. Will take a big dead cap hit, but I'm sure they won't mind if moving forward with Williams and potentially another top 5- Top 10 pick. PRE-6/1 TRADE: 2024 Dead Cap: $46,221,000 2024 Cap Savings: $5,636,000 POST-6/1 TRADE 2024 Dead Cap: $13,007,000 2025 Dead Cap: $33,214,000 2024 Cap Savings: $38,850,000 Would imagine they would do what they did this year with Hopkins(2023) and take all dead cap hit for Murray in 2024 and get it out of the way. Cardinals could've waited another week and moved some of Hopkins dead cap to 2024, but elected to take the hit this year If Murray is traded, his new cap hits for new team would be. 2024 - $38,850,000 2025 - $32,607,500 2026 - $42,542,500 2027 - $30,528,000 2028 - $33,343,000 Turn into a 5yr deal worth $177,872,000 with $65.2m guaranteed (a little more for injury) Very manageable contract for the new team, if Kyler Murray is their kinda guy. $36.3 AAV They can also release him and save some money in 2024 also, not much, and I'm sure they don't really care if they are moving on. Very unlikely here, though as $81,521,000 is a huge dead cap hit. POST-6/1 RELEASE 2024 Dead Cap: $48,307,000 2025 Dead Cap: $33,214,000 2024 Cap Savings: $3,550,000
  18. I know, I just hate when people brag about being right. That is more about arguments over this and that though. Not really predictions/ or wishes, which I think this falls into that category, just want to make it clear that, that isn't what I'm doing, just thought it was cool.
  19. Right on, not looking for an attaboy or anything, was just pleasantly surprised with it Especially talking of wanting to trade down to get 2 of the 3. Great weekend for Colts fans
  20. It is nice to have an outside perspective.
  21. Can definitely say this was me this year. Was pleasantly surprised how much they took who I wanted and when. I will post some text I sent to buddies before day 2 and 3. Via my text April 28th 11:03am We know how this played out, so to my surprise Adebawore was still there to start Day 3. Via my text April 29th 10:00am Nice that Rush slid to the 5th also Still can't believe we got Ekiyor as UDFA. Very happy with Freeland in that round 4 also, even though he didn't make the list. Like I said I was very happy with the draft, they never take who I want. Lol Think this is more of having a good pulse on how Ballard operates and what he is looking for, not just me but a good chunk of knowledgeable fan base as well.
  22. I mean, I don't have a dog in the fight, but I wouldn't take what the GM and QB said about him as complete truths What are they supposed to say? They don't want to alienate him. His contract is hard to get out of. They could save $1.67m, but be left with $44,301,111 in dead cap POST-6/1 TRADE 2023 Dead Cap: $13,205,111 2024 Dead Cap: $31,096,000 2023 Cap Savings: $1,670,000 They're just hoping he will show up when it's time. Not else they can do but hope at this point. Saying something negative in the press doesn't help them in the slightest.
  23. Bookmark it. The chart is whatever, like I said the biggest thing I take away from this is being able to tell which outlets show biases and to who I do agree with the chart in reference to the Colts though. What's your thoughts on Vikings spot?
  24. He has made a Pro Bowl. This is players that haven't made PB, and who has the best chance of getting their 1st.
  25. I also like that the chart has the evaluators ranked on grading practice. Soft to Hard grades.
