  1. Since selecting Richardson and watching him play, and also selecting Steichen, I've been more optimistic. I've been fine with his drafting, except the hesitation at QB. His FAs decisions have been good for me. I'm pleased with his process for selecting Steichen, and it feels like the right choice. I know everybody wants their #1 WR, but I believe he's on the team. I'm much more positive on Ballard than I was last year. I feel like we might only need a C (if Kelly doesn't return), a FS, and a coverage LB. Definitely need depth on the D-line.
  2. Doesn't work that way. There is no "link" to the video that I could find.
  3. One name you haven't heard very much is Will Fries. That's a good thing. I'm glad he's doing well!
  4. As tight lipped as SS has been during media presses, he let us in a little bit about a play they had dialed up against the Patriots (that they didn't use) and against the Titans! Week 13 Recap: Shane Steichen, Colts at Titans (Sorry, can't figure out how to link the video).
  5. I'm fine with our WRs. Coverage LB, possibly center, Edge, DT, RB depth, safety.
  6. I've been on the other side of this conversation, stating he's only a number 2, but he's proven me wrong this year. The numbers don't lie. And the amazing thing is, he still hasn't had a stable QB to throw to him in all these years. He might not get all the TDs, but he's a playmaker. Props to Michael Pittman Jr. https://www.colts.com/news/sacks-nfl-ranking-michael-pittman-receptions-alec-pierce-gardner-minshew-titans "With his 11 receptions on Sunday, Pittman now has more receptions in the first four years of his career than any player in Colts history: Table inside Article Player Years Receptions Michael Pittman Jr. 2020-2023 314 Marvin Harrison 1996-1999 311 T.Y. 7. Regardless of opponents, we are one game behind the Chiefs. Something to be proud of. It's not easy to win in the NFL.
  8. Even FAKE pressure on third and long would be welcome. but nope, we don't do that either. Sorry. I just don't like it.
  9. Shane, Reggie, Tony, ST coach, and the secondary coach have all been doing great in my book. I don't like Gus's defense playing 10 yards off the ball on 3rd and long. I'd rather see press and bring pressure. Can't deny the sacks though, but I think that's individuals winning their battles rather than Gus's play calling.
  10. Who said anything about Moss? The only thing that's been said is that's he's been open a lot and can stretch the field, and today he had a great game.
  11. This is the type of game that makes me excited for next year. I think AR will compensate for a lot of Minshew deficiencies. Great win by the Colts!
  12. We're gonna have to get him involved against better teams. The 1-5 yard passes won't cut it.
  13. they've been hitting the edges all game and we can't cover it. gotta adjust..
