Fantasy Life- Good app to keep up-to-date on injuries

I found this app, kind of basic but ran by an espn contributor, I get constant updates on injuries as well as advice on trades, draft picks, etc. Try it out. (Does more thsn football)

This app. gave me the Kareem Hunt alert to enable me to pick up Spencer Ware. It also allowed me to get a head start on Nick Chubb for another league when Carlos Hyde was traded. Definitely worth it if you want to be on top of updates, this one is usually a few minutes faster than the mainstream sites.
