  1. Patrick Mahomes should be counting his blessings that he didn't have to play in the same era as Peyton Manning. He wouldn't have lasted very long since guys were able to destroy the QB back then and not have to worry about getting a roughing the passer call every time they come within five yards of the QB so he can immediately turn to the officials with his arms out so they can cater to the league's golden boy. Having to sit through a KC game has become incredibly painful knowing you have to sit through three hours of Jim Nantz talking about how great he thinks Patrick Mahomes is. Then we have to sit through the constant whining and crying to the officials and watch them cater to him. I seriously didn't hate Tom Brady as much as I hate Patrick Mahomes. Plus his voice is so damn annoying and don't get me started on that stupid walk he does and that god-awful thing living on the top of his head.
  2. I know the chances are slim to none but being able to take Josh Allen off the Jaguars would be amazing. Danielle Hunter would also be an amazing signing but there's no way in hell Chris Ballard would ever cough up that much money on a player in FA. Jaylon Johnson, Brian Burns & Antoine Winfield Jr would all be great signings IMO.
  3. Hunter would be a pipe dream but do you think Minnesota is going to let him go? And if they decide to move on from Hunter, he's going to command a HUGE contract and I can't see Chris Ballard ponying up that type of money on a free agent.
  4. People can sit and gripe about the number of Touchdowns Pittman has throughout his career, but you also need to look at the fact he's played with a different starting QB every year he's been in the league. Two of them the age of 37, Carson Wentz, and a backup QB in Gardner Minshew for a majority of the 2023 season. Giving him a healthy AR5 for an entire season while bringing in more explosive play-makers to take some attention off him would more than likely double his TD numbers in 2024. I think he's deserving of a contract in which he's being paid roughly 20 million a year. The Colts may have to pay a bit more than that if they allow him to hit the open market and allow other teams to bid on him. Either way, he's the best WR on this team by a mile and they need to bring him back.
  5. A true number-one Cornerback and consistent game-wrecking DE that can rack up double-digit sacks every season is a start. I think they need to look into the Safety position and bring in another guy who can push the younger guys while being able to make an impact in both the run and passing game. Adding more explosive play-makers on offense is a MUST! Surround AR5 with as much talent as humanly possible while you can. Shane Steichen showed what he could do and deserves the chance to be able to add talent through both FA and the draft and have the leverage to bring in the guys he covets no matter the cost. Gotta add more depth and competition across the offensive line as well.
  6. God, I'm praying this kid falls to us at 15 because he would be a menace in Steichen's offense.
  7. It's such a shame his season was cut short this season because he was showing so much promise for the little amount of time we had to watch him play in 2023. He was the one guy who needed to be on the field the most, gaining as much experience and playing time as possible to help his growth. I can't wait to see AR5 in 2024 though.
  8. Brock Bowers & Malik Nabers are my top two guys for the Colts in the 2024 NFL Draft. If both guys are gone, then I would be okay with Rome Odunze or Brian Thomas Jr.
  9. I'm hoping the Colts can keep Jim-Bob Cooter on their staff heading into next season. I want Anthony Richardson to have a consistent coaching staff his first few seasons in the league (something Andrew Luck never had) I won't fault JBC for leaving if a better opportunity comes along, but the selfish part of me wants to keep the entire offensive staff in tact for as long as possible.
  10. Rock was playing his best football when the Colts traded him away.
  11. I was 29 years old when the Colts hired Chris Ballard in 2017. I'll be turning 37 in May this year. God, please kill me now. Time flies.
  12. Pittman ain't going anywhere..
  13. Delete this. Comparing Steichen/Reich is just wrong and not even close to being true. Frank Reich would've had this Colts team 2-15 at the end of the year.
  14. All Houston did on that play was p--- Superman off.
  15. Being a fan from PA I'm excited anytime the Colts are nationally televised. This is a home playoff game against a division rival so there's a ton to be excited about. My only preference is that the game came on earlier but I honestly can't complain.
  16. Let me guess Arrowhead and the Swifties are #1?
  17. I found it off that the Colts allowed Shane Steichen to hand-pick his own coaching staff with the exception of Gus Bradley and the defensive coaches. I always thought this would be Gus Bradley's final year in Indianapolis no matter what. Let Steichen hand-pick his guy in 2024 since he's proved he's more than capable of bringing in the right guys for the job.
  18. Happy New Year!! I can't believe this September will mark 12 years since I joined this forum. Wow!
