Everything....all at once! HA! Actually ended up not being too costly. Bought the house at a short sale. Guy didn't fix anything for 10 years. So, repairs happen frequently. Pretty soon, we will have a brand new house....

Hope you bought a home warranty. Most people don't take care of their houses properly. We bought and renewed our home warranty. We've had a lot of plumbing fixtures to replace and valves also to replace. Getting ready to file a claim on the main water shut off.........which won't shut off.

Didn't cover the siding though......which was rotting beneath boards that hid rot. Sided one side this summer

I'll be glad when I can start getting to more decorative things
