They have psychological evaluations, they have nutriesienst, the have back ground checks, they talk to high school teachers, they know everything about their family medical history. They spend hours interviewing them, working them out. Yet you think you know more by watching youtube. Like wth? I'm not singling you out, because a lot do it. And obviously GMs get it wrong A LOT.
