  1. It was so exciting. No one gave them a chance and they kept winning. Without faulk no less (and the reason i don't like him). Only second to the Superbowl winning run for me.
  2. He’s on my wall of fame. The pic is of him diving into the endzone when he recovered the fumble in kc. He and harbs flank a bigger pick of PM.
  3. I think they still have 8 home games. This is the extra week.
  4. It’s a reasonable list. I agree for the most part
  5. my thoughts as well. superstar when healthy but just too small/light for his position.
  6. I definitely get it. I'm just saying there may be a chance, albeit a slim one if you go to the venue. I've heard of people getting superbowl tickets just because they went to the venue. They got extremely lucky of course.
  7. I figured. Just trying to give some hope!
  8. Being that this is such a special event/location, I'm not sure this will be true, but i have never had a problem getting colts/pats tickets. Even in the manning/brady heyday years I could show up at the stadium and wait at the will call for seats to become available. I was told that the players are distributed tickets (I stat behind Brady's sisters once) or people find out at the last minute that they cannot use their tickets and often will call them in to be sold by the stadium and that was why they trickle in and become available just hours before the game. It's not the best option and there is certain risk, but the benefit may outweigh that risk.
  9. I thought it was both games too. When i looked at it at about 9 am the count down said 20 hours so i subtracted 4 from 9. My math skills are not the best so take it with a grain of salt! I'm not buying tix at 6 am either. lol
  10. I Just got an email that they are going on sale tomorrow at 5 am est. I'm not sure if that is for the miami game there or both games. I will not be waking up at 5 am to do it though.
  11. They’re not saying boo. They’re saying buuurns. that and burns being Steinbrenner saying cut your hair hippy. Lol
  12. My favorite is the baseball episode, when the pro players walk by just in time for Nelson (or someone else) to select them for his team and Bart is stuck with kids. I'll take Darrell Strawberry, ugh, i'll take milhouse. lol
  13. These are the kind of posts I truly respect. Well done, gentlemen!
  14. I love the episode where homer is playing poker, gets a good hand and has a huge smile on his face as a clear tell. I think he loses everything to a former actress or someone like that.
  15. I read an article that he was showing promise
  16. I wonder if they treat it as strict liability or if you can present mitigating circumstances such as an addiction. i also wonder if there are clear cut penalties like a permanent suspension with the ability to apply to get back in after a certain amount of time.
  17. They are really close. Pagano was a bit better leader and getting the players fired up. A more passionate speaker. Reich was much better at Xs and Os. I picked Pagano because i think the game strategy can be gotten from coordinators.
  18. That’s fair if that is how you’re judging draft picks. I just remember Emtman clearly playing his heart out. It was all injury. Of course this was during steroid years so the injury could be related to that. I’d put Werner far above Emtman in this category. I was stoked for t rich too.
  19. Worst Breakup: Manning - I think there is still resentment from it Worst Draft Pick: Alberts - idk. This category is about potential at the time so it’s a tough one for me. I don’t like that he says he himself was a terrible pick Worst FA signing: T rich - I had so many high expectations. Worst Loss: Steelers - any playoff game.
  20. I don’t see how you can call him the worst pick ever. He had so much potential and injury cut his career short. I remember reading that he cut his hair with the horseshoe emblem. It may be silly but at the time I thought he was passionate and devoted to the team. that one play stands out as one of the greatest colts rookie plays of all time. I don’t know. He was a quick favorite of mine. I’m probably biased but worst pick seems a harsh.
  21. How did it take this long??? Do you think the Dingus/cheerleader scandal had something to do with it?
  22. The word yahoo is from gulliver’s travels. It was what the horses called humans because humans weren’t as smart. This is way before the search engine.
