I am not sure if you are interested in a tank less water heater but they do pay for themselves with the savings. The water is not heated till you need it. Less cost that keeping the water heated all the time. Might check it out.

We're open to tankless but I read bad things about them as well.  Before I call a plumber, I'd like to have some idea on a brand or a model that is good.  They always push whatever it is that they are a dealer for.

I know we have lots of friends.  Our 4 yr-old white lab is gravely ill.  We are bringing her home..  I need her.  She is the sweetest dog ever.  Her name is Ceazie.  Three days in the hospital.  They are p*****g us off.  NOTHING has been done.  Sick to my stomach!!

Unfortunatelly it is a common phenomena. Insulation causes the problem, sounds like woodworm-holes. I have no idea how to treat this problem. I feel sorry for them as well...we've occupied their territory.

hoping that if you have gutters and downspouts.that you do not have them pecking those.when i was little.the birds would peck at the downspouts of our gutters.it was not fun to be woke up at 6:00 am.hope it gets fixed.

me too! Peyton has a good heart and he played it out here when we didn't have some of our best players playing...he always tried as hard as he could...you could tell that my his times of appearing irritated at the plays not working the way he thought they should and when there were stupid penalties were committed. I hold no grudge on him, he has been the face of Indy for 14 years and that's more than any other Hoosier (much less not a "real" Hoosier) and he played his hear...
