  1. Mad Mel is on the McAfee show, this guy does a great Mel impression, it has me falling on the floor laughing, he even has the glasses going.
  2. Yeah, this place is either going to happy or implode because nobody in here has any idea what Ballard will do or who he will pick.
  3. Antonio Brown now making inappropriate comments about her on twitter. She blocked him on twitter. Some people are so ridiculous in this world. I should create a twitter account and tell him, he has an IQ of room temperature which is 68 in my house
  4. Let me say this first so you won't poke fun at my post, I know this would never happen, but I would trade up to 4 and draft Marvin. Even if it took this years 15th, next years 1st, and giving up Pierce. Ballard never gambles to get the very best and that is why many in here are bothered by him. I like Ballard's approach for the most part. I loved bringing everyone back because we have good players, and it is good for chemistry. Now and then to get better, you need to gamble a little and trust your instincts though. As of now I look at our team as a 9 win team without another playmaker on offense. 9 wins is good, makes for a fun season, but it doesn't get you anywhere when you have KC, Baltimore, Cincy winning 12. Houston probably winning 11.
  5. Justice is served. He wasn't found guilty of anything and the kid can move on with his life being a Colt.
  6. - unfortunately you are probably right.
  7. If we trade back, I won't be happy at all. We need an impact playmaker at WR. Pittman is a good #1 (not great), he is a good possession WR which is needed. Having said that, we need someone that can blow the doors off of teams that they fear like a Marvin, Nabors, or Rome. In today's league you have to score a lot of points to win - keep up with teams like the Chiefs, Ravens, and Cincy with Burrow. We need to trade up, JMO.
  8. You have and I appreciate it, that is why I was surprised you called me out over something I said whether it was 3 or 2 years ago - who really cares. I know it wasn't last year and I never created a thread saying he was coming back either. I went back and looked at every single thread I created. I know the exact post I made so I never denied what I said or said you were wrong but I could have sworn it was before we signed Wentz. Like I said, in my book we are good. One of my best friends here over 8 years wanted me to quit PMing them because we had some differences, silly crap if you ask me, so I haven't PM'd them in almost a month, tell me something once, that is all I need. Life goes on. The way I look at things, a person either likes me or they don't - pretty simple in my eyes. If they don't than oh well. I have always been like that in life outside of here. I have a great life and doing well health and money wise, so I am good.
  9. The move happened before the 1984 season. To put in perspective how great Luck was here, here are the top 3 QBs over 40 seasons here win wise: Regular Season as a starter 1. Peyton Manning = 141 wins 2. Andrew Luck = 53 wins 3. Jim Harbaugh = 20 wins Post Season as a starter 1. Peyton Manning = 9 wins (won the SB in 2006) 2. Andrew Luck = 4 wins 3. Jim Harbaugh = 2 wins Luck had 33 more wins than Jim did and 2 more playoff wins than Jim did. Luck is so far ahead of any QB (not named Peyton) regarding wins in the Regular Season and Post Season that it is laughable.
  10. Just watched the whole Dakich rant, he even called Doyle a punk like I did yesterday. Then he showed a picture of Doyle boxing and started laughing because Doyle was a lot bigger than the guy he was fighting. Doyle looks like one creepy dude that is for sure, I agree with Danny for a change.
  11. OK, I never liked Dan Dakich but today changed my mind 100%. On his radio show, he called Gregg Doyle a creep and didn't even trust Doyle around his 17 yr old daughter. He said Doyle treats women badly and Dakich doesn't like him at all. You could see the anger in Dakich face when talking about Doyle. I watched it on youtube. He once wanted to stay at Dakich house and Dakich told him no. Then he wrote a negative article about Dakich shortly after. Hey if Dakich wants to train me for 3 months, I will get in the ring with that chump who says he is a great boxer. He hasn't beat anyone good, he's beat tomato cans. I have done research on him.
  12. Yeah, I posted above, a friend of mine agreed with my list, except he would put Jeff Gordon on it and take Knight off. With Bobby Knight you either loved or hated him, I go by results, so he is on my list. With Bird, being that he was born here and had a huge impact for Indiana St basketball and a huge impact coaching the Pacers, I put him on my list. Outside of my 4 = Peyton, Reggie, Bobby, and Larry. The other guys I did consider were George McGinnis, A.J. Foyt like you mentioned, and Jeff Gordon because this is a racing state. I even barely thought of Steve Alford who was a dominant player in Highschool at New Castle, Indiana, then won a National Championship playing for the Hoosiers in 1987. He was one of the greatest shooters I have ever seen. Some put Oscar Robertson on the Indiana Mt Rushmore but IMO, you need more than just a great Highschool career to make this kind of list. Robertson played his college ball for Cincinnati, Alford went to IU therefore, Alford gets the nod over him here in Indiana.
  13. It's not that deep with me, I think you are one of the best posters here. Apparently when I call you one of the best here, you just ignore it and just see that I don't want to be wrong. In my book we are good, I am not even upset over this. I did get a headache skimming through all the threads I created though
  14. Brewers' fans = the worst fans in the league. Too bad you had your little window from 2018-2023 to get that Ring, you whiney babies! Couldn't do it. Cubs = 2016 World Champs and we are about to run away with the Division here in 2024. Pirates are coming back down to earth, Reds are good but not better than the Cubs, and the Cards are average. Time for a Belly Bomb like yesterday
  15. NL Central Standings as of April 18th: 1. Brewers 11-6 2. Cubs 11-7 3. Pirates 11-8 4. Reds 9-9 5. Cards 9-10 Cubs only a half game out of 1st, Brewers better celebrate now because their little sweet reign over the division is about to come to an end.
  16. Doyle is a disrespecting hater. I can't stand the guy. Then he picks on perhaps the greatest women's player of all-time. He should be fired from his job. To your post, this is going to be very fun, I will watch.
  17. Gregg Doyle is the biggest punk in our media. He once bragged that he boxes and knocks people out on the Bowen show. He never has anything positive to say about the Colts either. He always bashes them. Give me 3 months to train and put him in the ring with me, I would relish it at 52. I am coming in as a heavy WT over 200 pound, forget 180/190. -to act like a bozo toward Clark like that really makes my skin crawl.
  18. Fair post because Williams could even be a bust. I don't trust him. If I had a choice between Williams and AR, I am taking AR.
  19. This QB draft class is a lot better than the 2022 class, that class was bad. Last year's QB class was ok and I think Stroud and Richardson will have the best career's. This one here has a lot more talent than 2022, it is just a matter of who guesses right or wrong. Daniels can run and pass, he is dangerous. Penix can run a pro level type offense, Williams is loaded with talent.
  20. One thing I have never done is meet Peyton Manning. I have been to around 50 home games during my Fandom from 1987-2013 regarding going to games. I met Jim Harbaugh and got his autograph when I went to the Chargers game in 1996. He chatted with me for around 2 or 3 minutes. Called me Bud over and over and was so nice and he kept smiling at my mom . I was only 25 then. Just going to the Masters alone had to be a treat but talking to Peyton had to be the cherry on top. Great stuff man.
  21. I voted Williams because of his talent and if Chicago doesn't pick him and he becomes great, they will go down as the team that had the guy and blew it again. I honestly am not sold on Williams being great though. My dark horse best QB is Penix. My bust pick is McCarthy. He is Mac Jones.
  22. I do have recollection of it, read my posts above. I never Said you were wrong regarding what I posted but I never created a thread saying he was coming back. I am also sure it was before we signed Wentz when I said he was coming back - which you jumped all over. Time flies. I am not even sure why you started this nonsense? I got a head ache trying to find my old posts and posts I created to make sure I was sane. Word of advice, you can take this how you want but quit starting stuff with people that is unnecessary. I say that as a friend because as a poster you are one of the best in here. Calling me out is fine but over something I said 3 years ago is unexpected. I did say what you said but it wasn't last year. I Need a drink and people wonder why I drink. I can't even come here and have fun to escape the real world. This place is a head ache.
