My friend wants Bowers as well, he is over there on his phone looking at everything on the Colts trading up . We will see. Bowers is like Dallas Clark IMO, I would love to get him.

I am nervous too. I haven't felt like this in a while. Probably since our last game vs Houston.

Takeout is great too. I love getting a lot of Hot Wings and Fries when I do take out. It is 60 degrees here, so I broke out the ol' grill.

Who Caleb Williams

McCarthy is fools gold (I have explained why in other posts) but if you like him and happy with the pick if the Vikings choose him, that is all that matters. That is your team and who knows, I may be wrong, wouldn't be the 1st time

Personality wise, Williams is like Levis = young and immature IMO. Aaron Rodgers is a top 10 QB of all-time by any measure and is on another level than 99% of all other QBs that have ever played. There are really only around 8 or 9 QBs in the history of the game you can put ahead of Rodgers that I can think of when you factor in Stats, Talent, League MVP's, + he won a SB.

Penix Jr is better than McCarthy, sorry.

4 best days in football = SB Sunday, AFC/NFC Championship Game Sunday, Opening Day of the Regular Season (Sunday), and Day 1 of the Draft. - Those 4 are like Christmas.

Yeah, it probably won't happen but if it did, that would awesome. I just grilled out some food, a couple of qtr pound Burgers with Cheese and Garlic powder and a 6 pack of Hotdogs. My friend Brent is over now, he loves the draft, he brought the Baked Beans and Potato Salad over. I have my 9.5% Voo Doo beer, I am ready. Brent thinks we just stay at 15 and he likes Bowers a lot. Who knows what is going to happen?? I would love to trade up and get Marvin.

I will say one last thing on this subject, you were never winning the SB with Case Keenum - he was average. The year he won 13 games, Vikings got blown out by Philly in the playoffs 38-7. Kirk gave you a punchers chance to win every year. IMO, I just think Kirk was underappreciated by Vikings fans over the years. Please read these words - I never even said Kirk was great, but he was good. On to the Draft where I will keep it - good luck tonight and I hope you get the QB you want because I think the Vikings are going QB. They almost have to with Goff, Love, and Williams being in that division.

All NL Central games are complete for today. Standings as of April 25th 1, Brewers 16-8 2. Cubs 16-9 (.5) 3. Reds 14-11 (2.5) 4. Pirates 13-13 (4) 5. Cards 11-14 (5.5) @RollerColt, this is a damn good division so far. Even the Cards are only 3 games below .500, they are average at worse.

This would make us much better and talk about excitement, we really haven't been legit good since 2020 when Rivers surprisingly played good and Taylor was up and coming, + Leonard was a maniac back then. I have had tremendous patience with this team and Ballard. It's time to crap or get off the pot, being average gets old after a while. This fanbase is used to us making the playoffs every year, when it hasn't happened in 3 seasons, time to do something.

Kirk did have the Vikings at the top of the division in the 2022 season at 13-4. He was injured last year. Oh well have fun with your new QB. You act like I don't know Vikings football, comical because I like the team and follow them a lot. You and @NFLfansay Kirk doesn't know situational football. In 2022 he was the best situational QB in the league. Vikings were 11-0 in games decided by 3 points or less. It is because Kirk handled most situations right. You don't go 11-0 in games 3 points or less and not be a smart QB.

Cards usually play their best ball in August too. If they are around .500 going into August, they could be a nuisance.

Even the Cards can be sneaky good, I agree. I think the Cubs should win the division, not saying that because I am Cubs fan, but they are just better on paper than the other 4 teams. Reds should finish 2nd in a close race with the Brewers. Pirates always start strong but fall off, Cards just scare me because they are the Cards .They are like the Lakers over history, a winning franchise.
