I would love to get him but here lately when I say I have sources getting someone, it back fires on me it seems. Times have changed. Having said that, my source is through CBS sports talk radio and there have been a few that have said he is coming here. There is a radio host and his name is JR and I called him up before we traded for Matt Ryan and he told me Matt would be a perfect fit here, (like he knew it was going to happen, he is from Atlanta) he told me you want no part of Mayfield, he also agrees with me that Wentz and Tannehill aren't winning you anything.

We are truly lucky to get Matt Ryan, I am surprised Ballard traded for him with the way we are about the Salary Cap. He at least gives fans hope to win the division. I figured in the end it would be Mariota time . At least we had the sense enough to get a good QB.

Regarding when we had Andrew Luck, we weren't elite but that was due to having a bad O.Line, no run game, and an average defense. Andrew was very good to great without debate. 11-5 first 3 years, went to a AFC Title Game, set the rookie record for most passing yards, he also threw for 40+ TD's in a season which only 7 other QB's have done. Andrew carried our butts basically. The only help he really had was Reggie Wayne in his rookie season, TY Hilton was good but not great. The Colts had 1 game where a RB had more than 100 yards in a game from 2012-2014 and we still won 11 games every season, that is a miracle in itself.

Rams be like we over the Salary Cap and we still bring in a top 3 LB in the league at 50 Mill - doesn't matter Homer we have no salary cap, welcome to the team.

There are always outliers and Leonard and Nelson are. When people say you should never draft a Guard, RB, or LB in the top 10 it makes me laugh. In hindsight I am sure a team wishes they would've took Taylor in the top 5 - Nelson was the perfect pick.

We need him, he is actually in the good category easily and that would take care of a huge need.

Now that we have QB Matt Ryan, I would also like to add the very good to great WR's we have had here in Indianapolis: Bill Brooks (1986-1992) Marvin Harrison (1996-2008) Reggie Wayne (2001-2014) TY Hilton (2012-2021) Pittman is on his way to being very good if not great, - I pleaded in here that Ballard trade for Matt Ryan, now I am asking him to trade for Bradberry. I know he can make it happen, he knows what he is doing.

I wish we could start the season tomorrow and play Tennessee on opening day.
