I disagree. Just about everyone on this forum picked the Colts to barley win 4 games. Therefor, this season has been a huge success and a stepping stone to more positive seasons ahead. I'm thinking another 10 year straight 10 plus wins every season.
Enjoy the ride Saturday and next week.
Not me. Just 2 years ago this team was a QB away forma playoff run all the experts said.
3 years ago the Colts had the best O-line
with the right added pieces the Colts can make a quick turnaround and play competitive games.
And they did, playoffs here we come. Now, do I believe we will win the super bowl, NO but the playoff experience is a stepping stone to get there.
I'm not sure why so many are shocked by this. Shaq was an inquired for the last 2 years, hardly played and a high cap hit.
His replacements have done and excellent job, if not better and don't take a large chunk out of the payroll.
Only makes sense to move on...
Very well written and spot on with your view. The Colts have a bright future and the AFC South will be a juggernaut in years to come. Ballard has done a fine job and ever organization has it's Nay Sayers for sure.
WR, OL and DB are a must come next year.
I also like to see a TE that actually stays healthy and produce every Sunday.
Yea fire someone that had the defense ranked 11 in team defense last year.
You trade away top DB, lose 3 others to injuries, LB just getting back after surgery, lose a top DL for 5 games and you have the nerve to blame the D coach.
If you allow some swelling to reduce and get multiple opinions by doctors you have have a better chance to make a better decision which is best for the player. With the swelling minimal a MRI gets a better reading.
