Not really. I'm training on a system that my peeps have been trained on multiple times. They still look at me like I have three heads and they have never seen it. Shoot me!
Somehow it is familiar situation to me. :-) A new SAP was introduced 4 years ago...everyone asked me how to... By now they've learnt it, 'fortunately' a brand new SAP will be introduced this year.
