watching Olympics with my 14 years old, 12 year old and her 12 year old friend late last night.. the 400m mens relay swimmers were warming up and the friend shouts "NOW THAT'S A BODY".. I'm sure she was just referring to how fit those swimmers are.. LOL

Just got off conference call/question with Bob Laney and Andrew Luck. Andrew is a very articulate and knowledgeable young man. Enjoyed listening to him answer questions.

having such a fun summer, 3V3 soccer tourney Saturday (daughters team won 3 tied 1), pool party with great friends, a lovely relaxing Sunday hanging with my folks watching yachts and boats go out to the lake and nice dinner at my sisters.. just loving summer

I ate at 5 Guys restaurant for the 1st time in my life today. The Burgers & Fries were delicious!

Penn State sanctions just and warranted, but can someone explain how the vacating wins works? I don't see how you can really take away a win, those kids that played in those games know how they played and the result... ?? what does it mean for the victory spoils also?

Well I'm bummed out because I can't work training camp this year because of my asthma and allergies with the heat situation. Oh well if it would change before camp is over maybe I can try one day. Total bummer to say the least.

I'm sitting in the bank today, looking out the window, when I notice a man approaching with a shot gun. Almost wet my capris as I warned the employees. Turned out this guy was transferring his hunting gear from one vehicle to another. Why he chose to park in front of a bank to make this transfer is beyond me.

Our passports came today! Hope to go to Niagara Falls within the next couple weeks
