This is nuts. I do hope we land Sneep but these reporters contradicting each other is tiring.

Never once seen that guy enjoy a win or say anything positive about good things that happened. He wants bad things to happen so he can gloat over his own narrative about the team and Ballard. He thinks he is smarter than everyone for being this way too.

Im not worried about it either. Im addressing all the fans on here, reddit and twitter that think we should get it done no matter what. There is a lot of that out there today. I work from home and check these sites in my down time, this mindset is out there

I wont use the words likely or unlikely but I think its not nearly as far fetched as some of you Its not like hes the greatest corner ever or best in the league now. Hes pretty good, if hes asking for something outrageous then its not worth it to us. Some people here and on reddit are acting the team needs to get this done no matter what but it wont happen if the deal is a bad one. Big free agency deals can easily go badly for the team. The fact that hes open to be traded here doesnt mean much when it comes to how much he is asking for.

Nothing in your post addressed this but maybe he really does want too much Its possible and hard for fans to accept that

In madden it would be a fun idea and probably work if you could user play him In real life i think hes a bit small to come down hill and make hits in the running game. We are thin at both CB and safety too, i think id rather be thin at safety

Hes going to be drafted top 5 anyway. Deion sanders did stuff like this and it didnt hurt him either. I think Deion even showed up and then walked out on some teams saying he didnt have time for them lol I get that people dont like this but it wont actually hurt him.

A rough rookie year isnt proof of the future. This guy posted this same stuff the very second we drafted him too and is just trying to gloat now when its far from over. Hes trying too hard to gloat and be right rather than let it play out.

Yeah we have some good blitzers and rarely use them that way. Wish they were more aggressive If you sit back in zones you are going to give up a lot of yards in the league now

I think they under rate him. We won games because of plays that he made. Pff is ok but also pretty flawed. They weigh every play the same but some are more important than others. Our LBs in a zone D are going to give up yards between the 20s. He made stops in the redzone and at the end of games that mattered more than the plays the graded him down.

Hes a good player that is under rated by pff. He is more of a run stopper and was better early in the year before GS went out. We need to let him do his thing and find someone else to be more of a coverage LB. We should be in the market for LBs anyway with Shaq gone.

If the colts didnt have MP on the team we would have a really weak group of WRs. The team would have to be talking about making some big moves to get talent on the team and MP would be the best free agent on the market

Some of you just dont know the indy violence scene yet are still commenting. Any large event during nice weather these days makes something bad likely to happen. Just happened for the nba all star weekend and there was no reason for locals to even be mad about that. Botching Lucks retirement announcement with a stadium full of drunks on a warm Saturday night is enough to do it these days unfortunately. Everyone got hung up on the word "riot" yet when i said shooting the mods got mad.

Somebody just died in a celebration parade over a football game. Its not nearly as far fetched as you think A bunch of angry drunks hit the streets of downtown indy that night. Its not uncommon to have shootings in downtown indy anyway and when you add a bunch of anger and alcohol it makes it more likely. Big events tend to bring violence these days, its sad but true. The nba all star game may have been the reason for a shooting and fatality near the airport this weekend in indy for the record. While the individuals deserve the blame its big events with alcohol and anger that make them more likely to happen. This was dangerous and irresponsible of Schefter but he doesnt care, he just wants to be the first. Now people are spreading hate about indy and our fans over the booing when it would have happened anywhere in this scenario.

That is why media sucks. Racing to be the first without stopping to consider if its irresponsible or dangerous. I dont forgive him. This wasnt ok in spite of being their job. I quit watching sports media a few years ago. Its become an all out race to be the first while considering nothing else. It sucks for society tbh
