I'm going to half agree/disagree with you. As the saying goes "RBs are a Dime A Dozen" I'll agree and the average-good RB can be easily replaced....like for example the colts current Rb's not named JT. But imo, elite RB's are not easy to come by and are very important in many facets, not just rushing and are worth what money they seek.

Unknown but he definitely gets to wear a Captains hat.

Who really knows, But the leagues owners are against Fully Guaranteed contracts AND RB's getting paid what they deserve. A owner, in this case Irsay, probably would be going against the league rewarding a RB their true worth.

Since Deflategate colts have seen few good days. It also seems the Ravens, who tipped off the colts on deflated balls, have had more difficult days but to a much lesser degree. Coincidences I'm sure. LoL

He might but most likely it will be to move the chains...... not long TD's. But what little I seen of him I like him.

Colts RB's have negative rushing yards.

I'm not getting too excited about who the colts add from other teams cuts. Bottom line, our WR & RB group isn't going to keep opposing DC's up at night worrying how to defend them.Lol. Players that other teams discard most likely won't impact the season for the colts. Not resolving the issue with JT and further alienating him in public will impact the season....negatively.

I'd add that the owner is a bigger hindrance.

Without JT, the colts won't really have a starting caliber RB. The RB group, without JT, is less talented than the receiver group, even without Pittman if say Pittman is out with a injury.

If Hull is anything above #3 in depth chart the colts running game is in trouble. Lol

It may have started to but had engine problems before leaving bay and returning to dock.

Out of that group I would think dolphins or eagles would be the ones to wind up with JT. I don't think all this that's going on will be for lower teams like the cards, bears, or panthers to get him. Personally, I hope a deal isn't done regardless of the compensation. But I doubt the colts will keep him.

I would be surprised if there isn't a trade....and a trade that would not reap that much for the colts knowing how things go for this organization.

My thoughts..... AR5 shows flashes of elite play. He also shows, as expected inconsistency, inaccuracy, and I'm not crazy about his throwing motion. But he's definitely the future and it's just a question of how good/elite he will progress to and when. But his surrounding cast is lacking and needs to be upgraded. The RB group is sad without JT. Hull is a decent back and nothing to get excited about. If looking forward to him getting a carry or catching a.swing pass shows how much the RB group is lacking. I think the Defense will be decent but not be dependable to hold a lead late with the game on the line somewhat similar to last season. The OL is still questionable to me, especially depth. I'm sure the play calling will improve in regular season and have better routes for receivers to get open.....which they need lol. JT & Leonard are much needed.

As a group they are average at best. Pittman is of course good but the rest seem like pedestrian. Far from being legitimate game changers.. Same for the RB group if JT is traded.
