Fans were blindsided by the Luck news. At this point with JT, I think many folks have washed their hands off him.

I dont know that Sirianni hates the Colts. His mentor got fired by them. The current coach is close to Nick too though so I'm not sure hate is the right word. It's a business with only 32 employers, and players/staff who mingle a lot.

It is a brain injury though. I get what he's doing. Society has kind of desensitized the word 'concussion'. How many has Shaq had now? 3? This isnt a small deal, fans need to hope he gets a long run of great health

When I started checking out draft QBs in the offseason, that's the first thing that stood out to me. The pocket presence. Natural. That's work and also a gift, he just has a feel for the pocket that' s part of who he is.

So far, the only rookie QB who seems to have landed seamlessly has been Stetson Bennett whose experience is showing up

Rick Venturi feels the exact same way. Rush has that quickness and speed that corrects mistakes which is a trait Rick loves.

I saw some of the videos the Titans put out. He couldn't miss. Those were Rodgers-esque in deep accuracy. He's also in a dogfight with Malik Willis who's not been great so that tells you were Levis is. QBing at the NFL level isnt easy. Manning and Luck really made things look more straight forward than they are for 99% of rookie QBs

Bennett seems to be performing the best of them. Genuinely seems to be crushing the process. Stroud has had ups and downs FWIW. Young is doing well but he's also been having rookie moments. Levis has had a few down days but apparently when he's been good, he's been elite, whatever that means in TC. We'll see...

If these guys think this then they're in the running for dumdums of the year, and i dont think JT is dumb at all. Irsay knows the game more than pretty much any other owner. He helped craft the CBA. He's seen all sides of this though he never played at the highest level, he was in those locker rooms as a kid. He gets this more than most human beings do. If this agent and JT dont know this, then they dont deserve a penny but i suspect they do, so.....what exactly is going on here? A player with zero leverage pouting, thats what's going on.

It was bad planning and bad scouting and self assessment. Ballard's lucky to still have a job. Reich landed on his feet so good for him. From a Ryan perspective, he is/was done. Unlike Rivers, he just doesnt seem to know it. If you dont have the deep shot in your bag, you cant play behind Indy's line.
