  1. How good is this coaching staff at building? That's what matters. Good pick. He has obvious lows but his pocket manipulation and field awareness are what drew Richardson to my attention. Had him behind Young but I think his ceiling is much higher for obvious reasons. How they build this out is all that matters. Fans need to be patient for a year minimum i.e. expect NOTHING. Thru the highs and lows, stay patient. Heck, stay patient into his 2nd year. Not everyone kicks off like Luck did....almost no one does.
  2. I didnt cross check my board properly because i was in a hurry, so the list in the PM i sent you had the wrong order of preference. Definitely had Kerby above Likely and Wan'Dale. Once Dotson was picked, the next WR pick was going to be a 4th rounder or lower. Yeah, i have my own board, around 90-100 players on it. I certainly like quite a few of the guys we didnt get to. Abram Smith, Jake Ferguson, Alontae Taylor were the next three players who i have on my board.
  3. Chiefs picks were: Round 1 Pick 29: Roger McCreary CB Auburn Round 1 Pick 30: Jahan Dotson WR Penn State Round 2 Pick 50: Travis Jones DT UConn Round 2 Pick 62: Dameon Pierce RB Florida Round 3 Pick 94: Isaiah Likely TE Coastal Carolina Round 3 Pick 103: Wan'Dale Robinson WR Kentucky Round 4 Pick 121: Braxton Jones OT S.Utah Round 4 Pick 135: Jojo Domann LB Nebraska In retrospect, i'm not happy with picks 62 and 94. Should have waited a bit later for a RB though CEH has been less than stellar. And with 94, i had a formatting error, wanted to pick Kerby Joseph who @stitches sniped with the next pick. The Chiefs have an entire draft's worth of picks in just the first 4 rounds. That's a ton of assets and building blocks waiting for Veach.
  4. Monumental work really. Just being present for picks, or sending picks via PM was not easy, can't begin to imagine the effort @NFLfan just put in. It was fun, and thoroughly appreciated. Kudos
  5. I'm not sure the last two picks are upgrades on what Houston has now. The rookies they brought in at TE and QB last year have a marked advantage over Ridder and Dulcich I think. Davis Mills was showing signs that he could be serviceable, Ridder won't be that on a bad team....he needs time and a very good environment. I love Dulcich but TEs tend to need a couple years to get going and landing in Houston where he needs to get hot right off the bat might be asking much, also wasn't Brevin Jordan all the rage last year? Love the first two picks though. Neal is a bully, and Olave can be a QB-maker
  6. Very good, TY is going into the Ring of Honor someday...for a 3rd round pick, that's pretty good
  7. With the 62nd pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select Dameon Pierce, RB, Florida
  8. With the 50th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select Travis Jones, DT, UConn
  9. We, the Chiefs, need to reload. We're not riding into the season with our hopes riding on Mecole, Juju, Vlades Scantling, and whatever remains of Josh Gordon.
  10. With the 30th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select Jahan Waltè Dotson, WR, Penn State
  11. With the 29th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select Roger McCreary, CB, Auburn
  12. I can see this same situation unfolding for the Colts....except it'll be the fans not AR12 Many people are so certain Ballard is picking a WR first. Be prepared, lets see how the draft shakes out but i can see several scenarios which would make our GM go another route. If a guy they like falls and he isnt a WR, they're picking him 1st, even if it's at QB
  13. Those fans are desperate for a QB, they're so over Tannehill. However, I'm not sure Corral is a guy they'd be happy with so yeah, that looks like an F BUT he's not Tannehill so D, and he might actually prove to be a decent NFL QB so a C.....i dont know if he cn ever be a step-up from Tannehill. From the raw tools, i dont see it. C is my final answer.
