Do you ever notice that people who win the Lotto or Grand Sweepstakes Prize tend to be rich or already well to do? Maybe if we called it Poorstakes Vs. Sweepstakes more deserving people would win...Any thoughts on this name change reversal of fortune? Hmmm...
