  1. I am beyond butthurt after last week. A win will help on Sunday but I am still nauseated with what took place. I have never seen anything like that, where 2 bad calls happened in a row.
  2. I think in the last 2 minutes of a game, each team should have 1 challenge regarding a PI. That would ease a lot of people's minds. If a PI is called or not called and it is questionable, a team should have a chance to challenge it. In otherwards, if the REFS can go back and look and determine whether a ball is catchable, I would think they would get it right 100% of the time. If it is obvious the ball wasn't catchable, they would look like bumbling fools at that point (people would think it is fixed at that point as well) if they didn't reverse the call. If PI occurs like in the Rams at Saints game and they don't call it, same thing. They would look like fools if they try and say that wasn't a PI. Diehard football fans know what PI is and what isn't if it is obvious. It wouldn't even slow down the game, it is 1 play. It is baffling why this rule wasn't put in a decade ago with the league being the passing game it is now.
  3. Yeah well, half the forum hated that we drafted AR because they wanted Levis. It goes both ways. There are even some in here writing AR off already because of his injuries. Which is ridiculous. There have been a ton of rookie QB's get injured, Burrow and Stafford just to name 2 huge one's. Stafford had the same injury that AR just had, some said he would be a bust, that aged beautifully didn't it
  4. It is because Tannehill stinks now days. Hopkins is older but did you watch him against us? Henry is still a great RB, Titans O.line has been banged up and teams are just keying on him because Tannehill can't throw it downfield anymore. If Levis is any good, he has plenty of weapons to work with, even that other RB they have is good and fast. You are already making built in excuses for Levis in case he plays poorly.
  5. Exactly, Hopkins is better than any WR we have and Henry and Taylor are on the same level. They also have a better coach as of now, Vrabel isn't a rookie and has even won COY.
  6. I like Mustache, I think we can still be a playoff team but last weeks loss was bad in many ways.
  7. Homer is my pal, he looks after me like a bodyguard (sarcasm). After last Sunday, the end was almost near for me. I am just now starting to get over the loss but I am still perturbed. When the Colts lose now days - really dating back to 2019, I am usually ok by Wednesday and move on. I am still not right though. I feel cheated as a fan is why. Back when Peyton and Luck played it would take me until Friday to get over a loss because I didn't expect it but I knew game day was just right around the corner.
  8. I haven't had 1 problem since I got Xfinity back on September 8th except during the Titans at Colts game. No lagging, no blurred-up screen as in freezing, nothing wrong with my Internet either. When the Titans and Colts played, I think that was a CBS problem though. As of now I still have ESPN 1 and ESPN 2, The Cubs channel (MSN), the Pacers channel (BSIN), NFL Network channel, NBA channel, MLB channel, TBS, TNT, TruTV, A&E, Weather Channel, CNN news channel, FOX news channel, CBS, FOX, WTHR, ABC, + high speed internet. I am only paying 199.99 a month. TruTV has stuff like the Impractical Jokers on it, A&E has the First 48 - that is good. TBS and TNT has some good older movies on it but it is necessary to have for the NBA = TNT, and NCAA Basketball Tourney as well.
  9. Yeah that is cool. Watch the Bucs win now .
  10. I have to say the GIF's on this site rule . The Homer GIF's are hilarious, there are like a thousand of them. His popularity is unreal.
  11. 17-10 at the Half. Bills to me look like a team this year that will be a playoff team but something is missing. I doubt they even make it to the AFC Title Game. I picked the Ravens to win the SB before the season, as of now I can see them and the Chiefs in the AFC Title Game but it is still early. Injuries can happen and so forth. You can never count out Cincy either with Joe Cool.
  12. It would be boring if everyone agreed in here. I can even usually see both sides of most opinions unless I think an opinion is just ridiculous. Look I am not always right and never claimed to be, but I do hold myself to a high regard in having pretty good football knowledge, so sometimes I do get assertive in here. After watching sports for 47 years (I am 52) = football, basketball, and baseball, + I played competitively in High School, I will argue my points until the Cows come home . There have been many times where I have been wrong though. I thought Joey Bosa would be a bust coming out and I look like a fool for saying so, that is just one example. When it comes to the Colts, I am usually good at predicting how good we will be going into a season. Last season I looked like a fool, I thought Matt Ryan would be good and we would stroll to a Division Title . At least I did nail the Rivers prediction, I had us going 11-5 in 2020 (making the playoffs) and thought he would be very good, so I am 1-1 in that regard . Luck set us back 5 seasons by retiring, that is my opinion, now we are in year 5 without him. AR needs to stay healthy in 2024, if he does I think our team can be really entertaining and be a true contender. I like Shane already and I think he will improve.
  13. This place is full of different personalities. What is funny is, some of the people on here I don't agree with a lot or debate a lot with, might be the best people you meet in person
  14. "as a fan of a pro team I just want the best possible outcome. Best possible outcome in 97 was losing. Best possible outcome in 2011". I doubt anyone would disagree with you regarding that quote. If you would have read my post closely you would have seen I said the same thing but those are rare circumstances. We knew Peyton was there and then Luck was there.
  15. Yeah he is pretty good. If I was Ballard I would not entertain this though.
  16. No problem. I am off most Thursday nights and was just here and seen it wasn't posted. I had Pizza tonight from Noble Romans - Deep Dish, Pep and Sausage
  17. They may be interested but aren't in giving him up - we can't afford to lose anyone in the Secondary at this point. It would make 0 sense to trade Kenny and Kenny loves it here.
  18. Baseball is a streaky game. One minute, the team you root for looks invincible, the next minute they look like doo doo. There is a reason why no team has Repeated since the 2000 season. I am just glad my Cubs had enough to finish off the Indians in 2016 to get that Ring, - we had just enough to limp to the finish line
  19. I guess Nick doesn't care for my authority (sarcasm)
  20. I thought once Philly got by the Braves they were going to win it all.
