I am a fan and into reality - you can be both. My weekly picks speak for themselves, that shows right there I know what I am talking about. For 3 years now I have been picking around 63% of my games right on the weekly picks thread we do in here. Just because I picked the Colts to win 8 games this year (which still isn't many), doesn't make me picking more as a fan. I really believed they could win 8 games after looking at our schedule and that pick was before AR got injured. That was my before season pick. By the way I picked the Ravens to win the SB before the season, that is aging well right now.

Jimmy G took them to a SB in 2019 when Deebo was just a rookie, he was good but not great yet. His stats weren't even that great. No McCaffrey either. That season Jimmy G Completed 69% of his passes with 27 TD's and just 13 INT's. The 49ers were even beating the Chiefs by 10 points at one point. Then in 2021, Jimmy G came within 3 points of beating a loaded Rams team in the NFC Title Game. He has 2 wins over Aaron Rodgers in the playoffs as well. Lynch wanted to get cute and wanted someone with a stronger arm, so they traded all these draft picks for Lance and now they just wanted to roll with Purdy. To me that is more mindboggling than many of things that Ballard has done. He tried to fix something that wasn't broken at the most important position and lost high draft picks in doing so.

Ballard and Lynch both became GM's of their teams in 2017. Everyone thinks Lynch walks on water, he has the same amount of SB wins that Ballard has = 0. That is the bottom-line. Lynch's downfall is the same as Ballard's, he doesn't have the QB to get it done. If anyone thinks Brock Purdy is going to hold up the Lombardi, I have swamp land in Mississippi I will sell you for a million dollars tomorrow.

As a diehard fan, I hate losing, I hate losing at anything but regarding this season for the Colts it looks inevitable. It is hard for me to accept this, but reality is reality. It is a league now, where if you don't have a QB that is popular or great you are screwed. I was lucky enough to live in my prime years with Peyton and we won a SB. I was 26 going on 27 when Peyton got drafted so I did some partying in my day .

Kalen King is another CB that could be considered. He is faster than Lassiter but not the ball hawk Lassiter is.

I like Lassiter the Corner from Georgia. He is a ball hawk and fast, he also has some HT to him at 6'0.

Love your last part where it starts - UNLESS . Yeah, I am not even upset we lost today. After last week, I am done getting upset, that was the straw the broke the camel's back for me. I am already over losing today, it only took me a few hours this week. Don't get me wrong, I still want us to win and will get upset if we lose but I will get over it quick now.

I doubt anyone would disagree with you. I don't. He had 1 great game, great job by him. Stroud hasn't had a game yet like Levis has had either and he has played in 7 with a 3-4 record, so what is your point about Levis?

Best week I have ever had in here was the 1st year we started picking in here which was 2021. This is year 3 now. I went 15-1 one week but have never had a 16-0. I have had like maybe 3 or 4 times where I went 14-2 - that is over 3 years. My best this year is 12-4. A week like you are having are rare, enjoy. I think you get a 14-2 with the Chargers and Lions picks.
