    All Hoosiers played basketball imagining they were on coach’s team. I would shoot free throws well past midnight for years growing up. RIP Coach, there will never be another like you!

    Excellent post. Well done! It can take years of mistakes for a GM to reach their full potential. Same for coaches.

    That, is what good GMs usually do. They listen to not only their scouts but the coaches as well on who would be a good fit for the team. I’m lukewarm on the whole thing at this point. I’m willing to see what the next two years bring…

    Very much agreed. I was sick when it was announced he’d be coach. I’ve felt for years that he’s not even a talented OC, he just had Tom Brady.

    We all would, but I don't see it happening. He drafted 3 and is expecting them to cut teeth and struggle while they learn. That means we're in for more losses this year.

    I agree with this. I thought for sure he was fired after Irsay took control of the team last year. What's done is now done. I haven't been a fan of Ballard's strategy lately, but it is what it is. He is now tied to the success of Steichen and Richardson. If they fall, they all fall.

    I wouldn't be surprised if we don't hear anything. And that could be a telling sign that he's expecting the team to continue to struggle and we're moving on to next season. I say could, because Ballard could be on the phone trying to work deals and it's just not happening.

    I want the Colts to win this game badly. But my expectations are getting lower. And they were already low before the season started. I just have a feeling Adam Thielen is going to demolish us.

    You know what really sucks? The Titans are always the ones to truly screw us over. They injured Luck's shoulder... Now they've injured Richardson's shoulder... and they just might have found their guy. The rest of the season might be a really long one...

    I've got Brown on fantasy. He's my fantasy MVP for sure. I figured I was done when Jefferson went down, but Brown and Downs have been carrying my team ever since.
