  1. I don't consider myself a loser, thank you very much.
  2. The Colts reddit thinks we should trade back... I vehemently disagree with trading back strategies to be honest. Stay in your lane and get a playmaker. If we're picking in the top 7-10, I want us to take the best EDGE available. If we're picking 10-15, then we need to get the best WR available. The team has plenty of average to above average players, which is normal and acceptable. But if we don't want to fall behind the Texans and Jags even more, then we better pick up some true game changers.
  3. Rewatching the ManningCast on YouTube right now during my lunch break... It kind of stings listening to Peyton refer to Denver as "we" over and over again. But I guess we did this to ourselves and deserve it. If we could do it all over again with the hindsight of what would happen, I'd have kept Peyton and traded the #1 overall for a ransom of picks and players. And would have absolutely not allowed Grigson to set foot in the state. Oh well. I hope we can find some success in the future and once again be a place where players are proud of the state and its people.
  4. I think the Buccaneers defense will send us crashing back down to reality. And then the Steelers will be the nail in the coffin. It disgusts me to admit it but: Tomlin > Steichen No way we're beating Pittsburgh.
  5. I think he's perfect for that role as long as he's not the one creating the offensive scheme. He's the right guy to be teaching the QB how to play the position for sure. He's been there and done that.
  6. I agree. Burrow being injured to start the year killed the season for the Bengals. They have a tall order ahead of them. Ravens and Chiefs, Vikings (who have the longest winning streak @NFLfan), another date with the destructive Browns (who could win the division)... A Steelers defense that is championship level (UGH). A wasted year for the Bengals who will be losing a lot of their offensive weapons to free agency... The window, like the Bills, may have just shut... I knew that loss to the Rams in the Super Bowl was it. Could feel it in my bones that it was the best chance they had to finally win it all. And they blew it. Unless you are Mahomes or Brady, you don't get second chances. As far as the Colts... I still don't trust our offense with Minshew and our defense to make enough noise for the Colts... We'll lose to a team we should beat... I think the AFC playoffs will be: Chiefs Texans Dolphins Browns Steelers Ravens Jags Bengals, Bills, Raiders, Chargers, Jets and Colts just miss out.
  7. Reminds me of a drill instructor. Hey it seems to be working for him. He's playing lights out with Lamb at the moment.
  8. Nothing wrong with that. I don't hate her. Pop music isn't my cup of tea. Liked her country music stuff. I'm not much of a Kansas City or Philadelphia Eagles fan though, so for me I think it's more that Taylor is causing the Chiefs and Eagles to have even more attention forced on me through all media outlets. Which, again, I get it. Chiefs and Eagles are the premier teams now across the NFL. As a Bengals fan, I'm kind of a sworn enemy to the Chiefs fans. And we're okay playing the bad guy.
  9. Ravens *should* beat the Bengals. However, it’s a Primetime game and Joe is usually electric for those. I think it all depends on who’s healthy. If they get Higgins back they could win.
  10. Sean Payton effect I guess. Bills should be able to handle these guys honestly. Broncos will only score like 17-20 points at best.
  11. I don’t know what to make of Denver this season. How do you give up 70 points but then beat the Chiefs…
  12. I wonder if Kraft regrets allowing Bill and Josh to force Tom out.
  13. Okay you got me… damn that’s good lmao…
  14. I’m the wrong one to ask lol…
  15. I was just saying something nice about the kid. No clue why people have to get so * about positivity. Everything’s gotta be negative for some reason.
  16. Honestly, good on them if this works out and they both are happy. I get the girls being crazy over it. I was the same way with Peyton looking back on my high school days. My senior year was amazing: Started dating my future wife, Manning winning the Super Bowl… I followed any media I could find about Peyton.
  17. I couldn’t care less anymore to be honest.
  18. You couldn’t get a completion with a lady on the street.
  19. Oh don’t worry, I’ve already seen it… it was all over my Facebook feed.
  20. Because he was a true freshman being thrown into the game? Like you could even get a completion...
  21. You've just had some bad breaks, you'll be back in the swing of things in the following weeks! Yep, I try not to get too invested into fantasy because at the end of the day it's mostly luck. Anything can happen to any player, really. Brown was indeed injured for a bit I think, but mostly he's just been overshadowed by Dell and Collins. With Stroud you honestly can't go wrong with any of those receivers. Someone's going to get the ball lol...
  22. Very true. It worked out beautifully for everyone involved. Joe got his storybook ending, and is almost a God in Louisiana, OSU has continued to be relevant, developed Stroud into a great young man and now they're still rolling with the next crop of players.
  23. Thanks, to me it's not too big of a deal. Half the time I forget to even check my fantasy to be honest. Although now that HS football season is officially over I do have more time on my hands...
