Sounds exactly like my league. They'll spend every waking minute tinkering with their rosters throughout the week, leading up to the final minutes before kickoff. Most of them look at me like I'm a joke, but out of all of them, little do they know, I'm the only one who's played football all the way from middle school to college AND coached it. I know talent when I see it. They've been pretty quiet this year LOL...

9-1. #1 Overall. QBs: Hurts and Prescott RBs: Hall, Mostert, Jacobs, Allgeier WRs: AJ Brown, Smith, Higgins, Collins, N. Brown, Smith-Jigba TE: Andrews D/STs: Jets and Eagles K: Gay Needed Allgeier, Noah Brown and Smith-Jigba just to get through all of my top players being on a bye. Worked out well. I'll be dropping Allgeier and Smith-Jigba to make room for a kicker with Gay and the Colts being on a bye. The biggest decision I have now is between starting Dak and Jalen. Dak put up over 40 points this week!

Meh, give me another couple weeks to screw up and I'll be back down there. You know what I'm totally kicking * in right now though? Fantasy. I'm now 9-1. And that's with all of my top players on a bye. I noticed Dak was just sitting in free agency so I took him a few weeks ago, mainly just to keep others from taking him. Then after the myriad of injuries to the Texan WRs I grabbed Noah Brown and tossed him into my WR2 slot. That dude netted me 25 points!

McDaniel's can only work with QBs who are generally yes men and part of the Patriot Way system. That means they never question his judgement and don't think for themselves. If they aren't "One of his guys" then it's like mixing oil with water.

Correct. Joshy boy only made it halfway into his 2nd season with the Broncos. I still can't believe he did the exact same thing with the Raiders... Pushed out the star QB that was a fan favorite? Check. Install a bunch of Patriot leftovers that New England didn't want anymore? Check. Allow arrogance to blind yourself so completely you lose the locker room? Check. He really thought he could get away with doing the same thing... again...

Nope. As soon as McDaniels arrived in 2009, he immediately tried to trade Jay to the Patriots in exchange for Cassel. He botched up the trade and it fell through. This made Jay angry and not trusting of the new organization, so they traded him away to Chicago for Orton.

Nope. Cutler was part of the deal when Joshy came into Denver. He pushed Jay out and traded him to Chicago in exchange for Orton.

Yeah... He probably would've had McDaniels not ruined him...

It’s really cool to see yet another Purdue QB in the NFL. Purdue doesn’t win championships anymore, but they sure can develop QBs (sans Painter). That TD throw was a beauty.

There was another moment where one of the corners was celebrating a missed throw on a 2nd down. Pierce quickly grabbed him and corrected him to tone it down. There’s a certain swag Raiders are supposed to have, and it looks like he’s doing a good job reinstating it. The Raiders I remember as a kid were always tough, relentless and very confident.

Just like against the Panthers, Gus will need to disguise his packages and coverages.

It was cool to see Antonio Pierce not only trying to get his guys into position to win in those final seconds, but also actively teaching his players at the same time. He could be something special. He definitely knows how to play defense against the best of the best.

The Jets need to move on from Wilson after this season. Definitely should look to draft a QB in the mid rounds.

I honestly hate all the QB injuries this year. This Jets team would’ve been so electric with Rodgers in there at QB. Our Colts would’ve been so dynamic with the offense with Anthony healthy… Fields being out makes the Bears boring… Captain Kirk was just starting to play some of his best football of his career… I even miss Stafford playing with the Rams.

I’m just going to pick based off of teams I like from now on. I’m at the bottom and staying there anyways. Might have the Corgi pick a few games too. Talk all the smack ya want. You guys have earned it!

6-6. Sigh. That’s the last time I trust Lawrence. He just doesn’t have it.

Bieniemy has done a hell of a good job with Howell.

Chase was playing with a bad back. Higgins was out. So his top two targets were taken off the board. Rough game until the end when he was able to get the offense going, but the defense crumbled against Stroud.

The Rookie of the Year award is CJs to lose now. He’s running away with it.

All tied at 38. Good crazy game.

I think they might be a bit too green for this year. But you never know.

Can’t really see any team challenge Kansas this year so far. Bills and Bengals are going in reverse and in danger of missing the playoffs… Dolphins already proved they can’t beat them. Jags just proved they’re posers… Lamar hasn’t won a big playoff game yet and they just lost to the Browns… Watson isn’t beating KC in January for sure… Steelers are sneaky but Pickett can’t keep up Mahomes… Herbert’s dealing with all of his playmakers being injured and Staley as HC… lol…
