  1. Given his injury history (and histrionics), it may be that any team would want a one year "prove-it" deal from Taylor. I'm sure Taylor is becoming aware that he has bitten the hand that could feed him.
  2. Sorry, I trust the media, JT and JT's agent as much as I do a door-to-door driveway resurfacing guy with no teeth.
  3. This only makes sense if Taylor really has a physical problem that's bothering him, and trying to pull a fast one to get guaranteed money, NOW.
  4. For the first time in recent memory, Colt's football is actually fun to watch. There are many factors for this. Obviously there's AR, but Steichen's play calling and game strategy is far and away better than (insert any coaches name we've had in the past 20 years).
  5. Dolphins get: RB Jonathan Taylor Colts get: 2024 second-round pick, 2025 second-rounder, 2025 fourth-round pick, RB Raheem Mostert, WR Cedrick Wilson Jr. and I might consider it.
  6. I think it's going to take some time for our receivers and TEs to get used to AR's pass velocity. Hopefully, their defenders never will.
  7. The press is ragging on the Colts for starting AR right out of the box. If AR was merely a normal QB, I'd agree with them. He's just a different human being - one who learns best from making mistakes early on. So Anthony, go ahead and get these mistakes out of the way and don't worry about them.
  8. There are a lot of forgotten players in the history of the NFL.
  9. Hey! Let's give the defensive side a shout. Grant Stuard may be a playmaker sooner than later.
  10. From one fan's perspective, I don't care how this works out, or even if it does. I'm tired of this (stuff).
  11. On the cover to my book on life, it says "Don't Panic".
  12. I think it is impossible to separate the game of football from the business of football in the NFL. You need to take into account the past history of the team, where the team is now, and using your infallible crystal ball, view where the team will be in the not-too-distant future. Does JT only want to make big bucks now, or does he want to gamble long term possibly making the HOF? Are the Colts on that path? History says they have been, a couple of times. You pays your money, and you takes your chances. Either way, the Colts will succeed or fail according to the whims of the football gods.
  13. I got mountains (the Sandias) in my back yard. Love to watch the sunrise over them with my morning coffee.
  14. The coaches may know stuff that the fans don't. Patience, Grasshopper.
  15. I doubt either will play for the Colts, but they'll take the paycheck.
  16. End of discussion? We may not be perfect, but we're not that bad, either.
  17. Does the fact they both players have the same agent mean anything?
  18. The TEs were conspicuously absent in the game strategy. Probably didn't want to show too much, especially in the red zone.
  19. I'd say it is more of a 'flexible adaptation' than a retool. Many of the players remain the same, but the strategies and schemes will change to reflect a new reality.
  20. Headline: A Space Alien is Coaching Anthony Richardson - total nonsense, but someone will read it and think that's gotta be true.
  21. The more 'far out' the article, the more traffic. There's yer problem.
