Under Frank, not enough. Being Frank, Frank will continue to be a problem. Shane may make rookie coaching mistakes, but he's far and away better than Frank Reich.
I wonder how much Frank adversely affected our draft choices? It is obvious that his play calling adversely affected our team and its ability to score points. He might be a nice guy, but he's not a good head football coach.
There are lots of room for improvement, from Ballard, through Steichen, Bradley, and down to AR5 and all the first years and rookies. Guess we'll see whether or not they can put it all together, but that's certainly not today.
I think Shane Steichen is going to be a great coach. His strategy is generally good, but he still makes rookie mistakes. He, along with the rest of our team, will learn how to win without trying too hard.
"The game will seem to slow down, then let the game come to him."
Players tend to play as they practice. AR forgot he wasn't wearing a red shirt in a real NFL game. I hope AR survives his rookie mistakes and realizes that, unlike many guys his age, he is not a superhero or immortal.
