We need new coaching next year....

Since my last thread was locked for NO reason , lets try this again..I'm not impressed with coaching or teams readiness to play whatsoever..Pagano was a nice story but is a poor head coach..Too nice and the players don't seem to be responding...Hamilton is a lost puppy out there...Can we cut bait now, and get a real coach in the offseason so Luck and the other talent isn't wasted...Cowher or Gruden please??? Hell, I'd even settle for Herm Edwards over what we got, or bring Jim Mora Sr. back...
