An under-rated prospect with size, length, speed, and hops.

With the 54th selection in the 2022 Gavin NFL Mock Draft, the New England Patriots select Troy Andersen, LB, Montana St.
If NE had a DC, he or she would be very disappointed in how the front seven played last year. So, I used the first two selections to drastically improve two of those spots with fast rising prospects. Anderson gives them a very athletic presence in the LB corps. Mafe should be a nice upgrade over Wise or Guy…

Pretty happy with the Lions picks.
Hutchinson no brainer
Howell could be the next Rivers
Dean imo the best ILB in the draft
Yep, nicely done. Maybe it's just because he wore similar colors in college, but I can just picture Howell on the Lions...

If the Pitt GM teased Pickett, I think we oughta give him that selection…

With the 26th pick in the draft the Eagles will select
WR Christian Watson from NDSU
That’s about where I expect him…

My favorite ever: Philip Rivers out of NC State.
Never heard of him…

I think I’m on the clock now.
At #21, the New England Patriots select Boye Mafe, EDGE, Minnesota. Thought about blowing up my draft plan for Penning, but BB’s gonna pick up the best front-7 player for his system…

The New England Patriots are willing to listen to offers for pick #21 early tomorrow, assuming there’s a pick later in the 20s coming back to us. There’s a certain OT that’s not lasting much longer…

We got Ballard on draft cam...
IS THAT A BABY?
How ‘bout a remake of Three Men and a Baby with Jim Irsay, Chris Ballard, and Frank Reich?

At #11, the Washington Commanders select Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio St. Now the Commander QB has all the tools necessary to prove he’s the best QB in the league!

@Archer @John Hammonds Are you able to see this thread? I noticed that no one has yet acknowledged this; I wonder if it is not showing. Thank you.
@Shive How is everything? Let me know if you see this thread. If so, let me know if it is clear and if I should make some changes. Thank you. Also, someone asked to post the Drafttek Trade Value Chart. I have not been able to post it in a way that can be easily read. Are you able to do it.
Thank you!
I see it! All good on my end…

Seems that the best we can hope at QB is that Atlanta wins the Watson trade and we swing a deal for Matt Ryan. Maybe a Garoppolo coup. Other than that, things look grim…

Wonder what Mayfield would cost us. If he would cost us what we got in the Wentz trade - a 3rd this year and a 2nd next- I think I’d take him. Of course, all this depends on Houston bagging Watson (and not including Mayfield in Houston’s compensation)…

Not sure why nobody has asked, but who do you like this year in the draft?
I wouldn’t be looking at QBs too early. If I’m GM, Wentz gets another chance with better weaponry. I would feel free to look for a good back-up QB, though.

2018 Me hated Josh Allen. He was 3rd team all-MAC! His college completion % was under 60%! QBs don’t come to the NFL and suddenly become accurate against elite talent. I laughed my butt off after the Bills traded up for him, and felt pretty right for about two years. Now…well, there’s a reason I’m not an NFL GM.

Voted for Mariotta. As a reasonably accurate and athletic QB who isn't too old, he at least makes some sense. He wouldn't break the bank, and a change of scenery will do him good. Just a good shot at buying low on a QB that may have something left. That being said, I'd draft Anthony Gordon and let Jacoby and Kelly battle it out for 2020...

You really need a “none of the above” button! Lol

I like it except fo #7, lol. But seriously, I like Okuda sliding a bit (unless he runs like a maniac tonight). Lions and Simmons sound great after yesterday. Only thing I’d say is that I think Becton has totally jumped past Thomas now...

Yeah, a pessimistic viewpoint as far as our chances go. I agree, we aren’t one player away from being contenders - we are already contenders!

I think Claypool may have just landed himself in the 1st - if not, I’d love him at 34 too!

With the 127th selection, the New England Patriots select:
Alec Lindstrom, OL, Boston College
Pats get a hometown boy, after senselessly trading away Shaw Mason for very little. Thanks to the team that stole Braxton Jones a few picks ago.
