I wanted the Lions to win, but they messed up. I can't blame the refs on this. Also coaching problems: Dan Campbell trying to be too aggressive and not settling for easy points backfired. Should have taken the field goal in the first half instead of going for it.

Leonard isn't the first player to criticize his former team and he won't be the last. He thinks that the Colts gave up on him when he still had something to prove. Maybe the Colts were too quick in letting him go, maybe not. I hope that he finds success with the Eagles or elsewhere.

NFL Preview Raiders at Colts plus injury reports
teganslaw replied to Restinpeacesweetchloe's topic in Colts Football
The Colts have trouble stopping the run so expect the Raiders to utilize Zamir White. He got over 100 yards last week, and the Chiefs are suppose to have a good defense. -
I didn't want Leonard to leave. The Colts felt that they needed to move on. Bobby Okereke is playing well for the Giants. He's someone else I didn't want to see leave. I'm happy for Okereke, though, that he has gotten another chance.

Ravens because I placed a small bet on them.

Fix The Colts - 2024 Team
teganslaw replied to MikeCurtis's topic in NFL Draft, Scouting, and Free Agent Talk
As long as it's not Joe Barry if the Packers let him go. -
Pacheco just scored a touchdown, so the Chiefs are finally waking up.

The AFC South looks bad today. No one has played well.

The Colts lucked out having Trubisky play instead of Rudolph. This is a completely different Steelers team.

2023 NFL Weekly Pick 'em games: Week 16
teganslaw replied to 2006Coltsbestever's topic in NFL General
I put money on the Ravens, straight win or loss. If they win, I double the wage, but I won't hurt much if they lose. I carry a set amount in my Fanduel account, and never bet more than I can afford to lose. I expect it to be a good game, no matter the result. -
Colts suspend Tony Brown and McKenzie
teganslaw replied to Restinpeacesweetchloe's topic in Colts Football
I would like to know exactly why they were suspended. Someone mentioned they heard through the grapevine about "disruptive behavior" but that tells me nothing. It's such a broad generalization. Whatever, it must have been serious. Shane Steichen isn't talking, though, and it might be awhile before details are provided. If they ever are. -
2023 NFL Weekly Pick 'em games: Week 16

All the analysts seem to be favoring the 49ers. I would like to see the Ravens pull out a win and show all the "experts" wrong. Another reason is because I don't want to see KC as the #1 seed. It's about time the Chiefs don't have home field advantage and have to play on the road. -
Maybe Arthur Smith will forget that Bijon Robinson is on the team and not utilize him much.
-
The Colts helped the Ravens when they beat the Steelers, so I like to think that the Ravens returned the favor last night. (They probably don't care about the Colts, but it's a nice thought.) It would have been better if the Jaguars didn't sweep the Colts, but have to take what we can get. We control our own destiny.

Dallas is sleeping. Bills have come to play and have scored again.
-
The Bears had the winning touchdown, then he dropped the ball. Wild ending to the game.

One article said that the Texans started Case Keenum because they still have a chance for the playoffs and Keenum has been in "high stakes games" before. They trusted Keenum more than Mills with such an important game.

Don't forget: Go Ravens!

Many Steeler fans don't trust Trubisky. They like that Watt and Highsmith are playing, but don't think that their offense can do much and are wary of the Colts. This could be low scoring, but the NFL is unpredictable especially with playoffs on the line.

The Colts are favored by 3 points according to Bet MGM. Other sportsbooks have the Colts 2.5 favorites. Colts run game hasn't been doing well, but the defense has been good. I trust Minshew more than I trust Trubisky, and the Steelers offense is nothing to write home about. The Colts have a decent chance this week.

2023 NFL Weekly Pick em Games: Week 14
teganslaw replied to 2006Coltsbestever's topic in NFL General
Last night is the reason I don't do weekly picks with every game, only one or two. I did predict the Cowboys win correctly because I had a feeling about that game. Many games I have no feel for or idea who will win.
