Sorry about his passing PT. 50 years of sports broadcasting is quite impressive. Plus, he is a war veteran who was awarded a purple heart in 1952 for his brave service in Korea too. Did you know him personally or ever meet him in person PT? Again, my sincerest condolences on your loss my friend. Hang in there buddy.

It is very difficult to see a person you know & respect pass on PT. I would have replied to your status update earlier, but I have been busy lately with other family related matters etc. etc. I hope that you have fond memories of Mr. Lankford that make you smile when you think about him BTW. I googled his name to learn more about him. Again, sorry to hear that you lost a friend you liked & looked up too PT.

not really, i dont care how young u are, this is an actor u should of heard of just like I heard of the greats before my time, This man was a true Rebel & Classic that did it his way and really was skilled as a race car driver, His san francisco Movie Bullet car chase has been a standard for the ages
