There are some reasonable and intelligent talking heads saying the Latu could be the steal of this draft There was a reason that Kwitty Paye was benched for the NASCAR rush package........ He isnt good enough to be the lead pass rusher We are getting a great prospect here in LATU....... our pressures should grow......... Our sacks should grow ...... Our number of INTs should grow (with better pressure) If you think about it, if we were to have just 10 more pressures and 5 more sacks, this team would have won 1 or 2 more games, and made the playoffs The number of pressures........ MATTER

The doctors at UCLA cleared the kid to play And he played for 2 years without a problem The Colts have a full time medical staff….. and I am 100% sure that they had specialists review him. He has been cleared to play Keep in mind these doctors would be sued if they got the prognosis wrong The kid is the most advanced pass rusher in this draft I count this as a big WIN

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if we go DT with our first round pick My first choice is DE , CB, or WR, but Newton or Murphy are tough to push around and bring pressure between the tackles There are games where they took over

Cowherd had an interesting comment today He claimed that 73% of all round 1 drafted WRs “ fail” I caught the end of it……. Interesting concept MAYBE it’s a valid reason to not trade up for a WR

Maybe Byron Murphy / J Newton are BOTH fantastic talents Not my first choice , but I would be happy with EITHER if they chose one This board would need an ambulance if we went OL at 15 If we trade back to 25, JP Johnson is a REAL solid option as well My first choice is still to take a DE / WR in round 1, but I wouldnt be surprised if we go another way
