Colts have the 15th pick in the draft. (MERGE)

It's definitely not a CB that Ballard drafted, that is for sure. Idk? He led in with "no contest entries till RAS scores are in". I don't think they are real. -

Idk? Can't think of Big 10 CB Ballard has drafted of top of head. Maybe they are current college players? I don't think they are actual players though? Hopefully they chime in, and lets us know. -

Player 2 is not Brents. Think they are just random numbers? -
Wayne also had Peyton Manning....Just saying...........BIGGGGGGG Difference. And actually despite starting that many fewer games and not being the #2, Wayne only had 22 fewer targets than Pierce did over that time period. Pierce started 18 more games and had 22 more targets. 1.2 targets a game that averages over those 18 games. Not so BIG of a difference after all, well, except the having Manning part. That's a big difference.

2024 NBA, Pacers and all NBA talk
w87r replied to 2006Coltsbestever's topic in College Football and all other sports
Yeah, it was a great deal, we traded (2) players that were essentially free, Brown(FA), Nwora(toss in on a trade) and (2) 2024 1st(not the greatest draft), and a 2026 1st. To make things better: Tony East: Pacers picks sent out in deal, I’m told: -2024 IND first, protected 1-3 -2024 OKC first (worst of HOU/UTAH/OKC/LAC) -2026 IND first, protected 1-4 – via Twitter TonyREast Both 1st are protected in case we win the lottery. -
I'm not saying we shouldn't. I'm just saying I don't see it in round 1 unless Pittman is tag and traded.

Who is acting like he is the next Wayne? Wayne is HoF, the point is you don't give up on a guy after 2 years. Even more so when you compare Manning for 2 seasons vs Ryan and Minshew for 2 seasons. Highly doubt we go WR in round 1, unless Pittman is gone. Ballard doesn't give up on his guys and likes to get them on the field.

Saw an interesting stat today. 1st 2 seasons in the NFL: Pierce - 73 rec, 1107yds, 4tds, 15.2ypc, 33.5ypg Wayne - 76 rec, 1061yds, 4tds, 13.7ypc , 35.7ypg. Those were WITH Manning. Don't think it's time to give up on Pierce just yet. Wayne didn't even break 1000yds till year 4.

He quickly drew the ire of Eagles fans as well Not that that is a hard thing to do. Lol.

@John Waylon @2006Coltsbestever You see the news above -
Alright, that's enough of the back and forth(few post hidden), that has nothing to do with Irsay. Back to Irsay discussion, please. Good or bad. Less talk about what animals, us humans are, thanks.

Players to Watch for 2024 Draft

Here's another name. -
Same, but if they do move, it will be to Arlington Heights, definitely not in Indiana. There is better chance Chicago gets a 2nd team, before Indiana gets a 2nd team. EDIT: a lot better chance, 1 could happen, 2nd isn't ever happening

Loaded up. Wonder if there is another move in the cards. Now have a log jam at the 4. Haliburton, Nembhard, McConnell, Wong Hield, Mathurin Nesmith, Sheppard, Brown Siakam, Toppin, Smith, Walker, Johnson Turner, Jackson, Tshiebwe Looks like we have 1 open roster spot. Maybe we trade Hield and Smith for Wiggins or something? -
Why is your name is IrsaysArmy? That would lead one to think that you are supportive of Irsay. Your comments here and afterwards are not indicative of that at all. @Restinpeacesweetchloe I will say, if the team is using the respiratory issues as an excuse to cover for the OD, it wouldn't be a surprise to me, nor the 1st time it was used. Artist spoke of his own struggles and this excuse being used for him when he OD'd. Good post, mixed drug cocktails(prescription, not even illegal drugs)/ addiction, have taken so many people. Also, something else is once you build up a tolerance, you need to take more and more just for them to work. I had a bad hydrocodone problem in the late 90's. My mom had access too hundreds(multiple) of them and it was easy access for me. Got to a point I was taking 7-10 750mg Vicodin at a time. Shortly after that, I had to quit cold turkey, I knew I was on a bad path(luckily for me, I was able to stop). I don't even take Tylenol or Ibuprofen very often(maybe 5 a year at most).(now, as I sit here revisiting the past, I feel as I need to call up an old friend and apologize, as I now feel that my access to them, was what got him on the road to where he ended up being later in life(addiction/prescription fraud), to the point I only send birthday regards) Be careful everyone, just because something is prescribed by a doctor, doesn't mean it can't kill you. In fact a lot of prescription drugs warn of that very consequence, but people think they are OK, because they are prescribed it. It definitely is better than the illegal kind, where you don't know what is in it. Get well soon Irsay. Respiratory or Rehab, it doesn't matter(none of our business), just take care of yourself and we'll see you soon. Side Bar: I wish the media outlets would get their story straight, some say he was found in bed, some say bathroom?

2023/24 NFL Weekly Pick'em Playoff Contest Thread

I think our FAs in order of importance that we re-sign them, are as followed: 1. Grover Stewart, we are so thin there. After Buckner we only have Johnson, who graded out as worst DT in football, and Adebawore, who had a developmental year. Resigning Stewart is almost a must, or some other big move to fill the spot. 2. Pittman, still feel like a tag and trade will be the end result(just my observation of the situation). Either way re-signing him or getting compensated comes in at #2. 3. Kenny Moore, CB room could definitely use a return by Kenny 4. Blackmon, he has played as our most consistent safety the last few years, however he has also consistently been dealing with injuries as well. I think safety can be addressed a lot easier than other spots so he comes in 4th 5. Lewis, has been a great story to watch as he has battled through multiple injuries to have his best and most healthy season yet. Hopefully he is back. 6. Moss, not expecting him back, but if he don't find the role he was looking for out on the market, he might be willing to come back, since we showed belief in in him and traded for him. 7. Minshew, just don't see him being back. Role + money The rest, I won't say aren't important, but I could still see some signed for minimum deals. Sermon Boettger Anderson Bryan As far as Needs:(as it sits now) DT(Grover FA) WR(Pittman FA) S(Blackmon FA) LB(Coverage) CB(Moore FA) DT depth Backup QB IOL depth S depth WR(additional play maker) CB DE LB Not really feeling as DE is a big need(as some seem to think it is). Just need to help supplement the 4 man rush with some blitzing a little more often, to help create some more pressure and play a tighter coverage on the back end, while doing so, as well.

Would you do this for Harrison hypothetical

Our 1st(1050pts) and 2nd(440pts) this year could get us to the #7-#8(1500pts, 1400pts respectively)slot. Our 1st and 2nd this year, + 1st next year would get us close to #3(2200pts) value. Probably get us to #4(1800pts) with those 3 picks, maybe even a pick back. Doubt Patriots want to drop that far so #3 might not even be available unless we traded up to #4 or #5 prior, then made the trade to #3. Probably have to add a 2026 2nd or something. 2024 #15, 2nd, 2025 1st for 2024 #4/#5 pick then 2024 #4/or #5 pick, 2026 2nd, 2025 4th for 2024 #3 pick So tallied up to get to #3 and pretty good shot at MHJ, draft package would look something like this: 2024 - #15, 2nd 2025 - 1st, 4th 2026 - 2nd Maybe could get a player in place of the 4th? (2) 1st, (2) 2nds + (1) 4th/player That's a lot to give up for a non QB/Premium Edge.
