I do think Bears are going all in in Fields and surrounding him with talent and then there are no excuses. The only issue is this. The Bears may win enough games to take themselves out of the top ten and also come to terms with the fact that Fields is not their guy. They will have to trade up and wil they be able to get a guy next year who grades higher than Bryce Young, Stroud or Richardsons. I am not sure they can

If I can take anything away from Richardson after the draft it is this. I find he has elite pocket awareness. He looks to pass first and run later, which is unheard for a guy with his elite athleticism. I do find him to be extremely mature for his age and players will gravitate towards him. I really don't see him as being a bust. I truly beleive the Colts have their guy. Fields want to run on every play and I think 3 years in, he had done nothing to show me he has any pocket awareness. He is a cute fantasy player, but the Bears will be drafting a qb high next year lol.

Actually, I don't think u are to far off. I think Pierce is built for this system. Gransom is going to excell, and I think Pittman is replaceable especially,when he wants north of 20 million.

Yes they did. They got the best rated player in the draft and a pass rusher at the back end of the 1st. This all hinges on Carter being able to stay clean. I think he is a disaster waiting to happen. He makes poor choices but the Eagles will try and insulate him. I don't think he will stay our of trouble.

Do u think Irsay is watching Ballard in terms of how he deals with the Taylor situation? I do think Irsay has it in his heas how he would deal with Taylor if he was GM. It does when they are surrounded by tons of talent and the fact that thr system that they run does not translate to NFL success. The difference with Ohio qbs is that they are severely over drafted unlike Florida qbs. Therefore the there is an urgency for immediate success.

Do u feel that Steichen was conservative in his play calling with Richardson? I don't think so. They are conservative with Fields because he cannot process. The trait of every great over rated qb from Ohio who wins because of the talent around them and not within themselves.

Thr only thing similar about Fields and Richardson is that they are Uber athletic. Fields will never be an NFL qb.

From what I hear, joint practices are more revealing than pre season games. Remember the Colts offense struggled in joint practices, yet we all remained optimistic.

What I am saying is this. With the amount of assets in this Oline, it should not be struggling in short yardage situations. I do expect this to not b a problem as season progresses. With Richardson, teams won't know what is coming.

Daniel Jones is a game manager. Sam will be a miss. Jalen had one great year. Let's wait and see. Justin Will be a bust. Jordan has done nothing. Bryce is a rookie and although I like Frank, he is going to get him killed. Desmond is with a great franchise and coach. He will play better than his talent. Brock is going to come crashing to earth. He is very limited physically and that was before his injury. Kyle will be traded after this season after Zona gets either May or Williams.

Good to see the Oline playing better. What is frustrating for me is this. This Oline seems to struggle mightily in shirt yardage situations and this goes back at least the last years. However, the make up of these Oline suggests that this should be a strength. Q, Kelly and Smith when he is healthy. They were all mailers coming out of college

I never go back and say what throws should have been caught to boost his percentages. For all the should have been caught, there are also balls that are uncatchable except a wr makes a circus catch. They all even out in the end.
