Kravitz's tone can be irritating, but he's right on the money with this one. My question is.. what's Irsay's reaction when/if he reads this? Does he agree or does he resist the appearance of letting the media dictate his decisions? I think there's a good chance Caldwell gets the boot. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll be the Indianapolis Polians for at least another year...
That's just it for me. Kravitz wants to make himself part of the story. Huge ego imo
I think Irsay knows what he wants to. I just wish I knew what that is. Soon enough I guess

As an opinion piece, I think it's fine. He owns a little bit his 'issues' that make him less credible. He still adds innuendo 'I know people and I've heard things'.........that hold very little sway with me
I do not think that Irsay needs his advice so, I found that tone a bit condescending. Seems to me this guy must have a personality very similar to the one he accuses others of. If so, must be like looking in the mirror for him.
But, I do wish that the Colts would give press credentials to real bloggers. This guy functions like a blogger, why not open up to other bloggers?

Where are the people saying doom & gloom. I just read opinions complaining & expecting someone to be held accountable, Joe colt fan takes that as over reacting.
btw 0-16 IS as horrible as it gets, I think fans are just hoping Irsay makes the right choices so that this doesn't continue.

This almost changed my opinion, then I remembered that he's a lousy actor.
Really, who cares. When someone you respect says something that you agree with, it makes you feel good - like you have something in common with them.
On the other hand when someone you don't respect says something that you don't agree with it's a bit more confusing.
In any case, I'd prefer to wait and hear what Emilio Estevez and Demi Moore have to say before drawing a conclusion.

Any of you know that he is currently on a prime time show called Parks and Recreation? It's based in the ficticious city of Pawnee Indiana, the shows creators visited Lafayette and modeled the show's town loosely on it....it's pretty funny and there have been numerous Colts references. One of the two main characters referenced Collie, Clark and Wayne at points during last season, wore a Colts jersey, and has playing for the Colts as one of his "bucket list" items if I recall....just an FYI
Rob Lowe is a stitch on Parks and Recreation.

My first game, I spent a lot of it wandering around the stadium. Got disoriented using the ramps.
I miss being able to visit people in other parts of the stadium. Now they check your ticket and if you don't have on in that area, they don't let you in.
I do miss the RCA dome.
Getting in and getting out of Lucas Oil is far easier. That was a major improvement
Now, if they could just deal with the traffic outside the stadium after the game. Seems to me it takes way longer to drive away from the stadium than it used to

I think the last game that I got to watch the Colts play was when they got destroyed by the Saints on Sunday Night Football. There have been at least 2 or 3 games after that that were supposed to be aired in my area, but they all got bumped for other games. I have been listening to the games on the internet in recent weeks, but its just not the same. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I know that a winless team isn't going to draw a lot of ratings from people who aren't fans, but I wish that I could see the Colts at least one more time on TV before the season ends...
I guess it goes with the territory. Stinks for out of town fans for sure.

We have a winner. Exactly he is saying stuff just to throw stuff out there and tick off people. That is how you do it...and with some colt fans it seems to be working....
I don't think he says things just to tick people off. He sometimes does tick people off but I doubt that's his plan.
I don't blame people for listening to his show...........after a game like that..........a fan really wants to hear something that makes sense.
I didn't hear this show but I usually tune in........these days praying for answers.
That was the most boring football game I think I've ever seen in my life.

The fans I talk to who still have an issue (I'm right in the middle of it here in Baltimore) are to a point justified. It isn't that the team moved, they understand that. It is that all the history of the team went with them. Almost every one of them I talk to admits that if the history had been left here, it would be a dead issue.
Seems like that's what teams are doing now. That's weird to me.......seems to me the history belongs to the franchise.
I mean when other businesses relocate they don't change their name.
That was a special time in the nfl and a great fan base. From that perspective, I understand it.

The title to this thread is wrong. There is nothing in that link about the team moving. The article is specifically about a new owner who wants roots in the area.

So you are saying we should teach our youth to play down to a lesser competitor just because it hurts feelings and looks bad? Yeah, the country has pretty much done that over time and look how that has turned out for us. I say throttle all the way until the whistle and if we lose 80-0 so be it. Play better if you don't want to be embarrassed, nothing should be given to you!
I think it's poor sportsmanship.
