  1. I blame the miss extra point on Minshew since he sucks so bad - It should be 14-10. Oh well.
  2. Explain yourself better than I would know. You posted what you posted after Cincy scored. I get it, just take a jab at Minshew. Hey Gay just missed a FG, I blame that on Minshew. SMH
  3. It was a screen pass . the RB did all the work after that and Moore got clipped.
  4. How so, by the way Moore got blocked in the back, Cincy got away with one. Oh well.
  5. This is so much fun. A lot of changes could happen today in the standings. There are some huge games, Jags at Browns, Bills at Chiefs, our game, etc..
  6. I will stick with old man Joe - Browns being at home will help a lot, or it should??
  7. It can go either way. If Lawrence was 100% I would have went Jags. Garrett is injured too but can still get to the QB.
  8. Usually, the home team gets 3 points if 2 teams are even. Main reason for the flip though is, my guess, 2 things - we are a due for a loss and Cincy's season is on the line. If they lose it will be devastating so many people are putting money on the Bengals.
  9. I figured you might because Lawrence is playing. I thought about it but I will stick with the Browns. Your change noted. Good luck today.
  10. Nope, not since Jim has been owner. Last year was our only one at Houston.
  11. Yeah that is fair. I also tend to think good teams find a way to win close games somehow and bad teams find a way to lose close games. Strange but true.
  12. Yeah, being a Colts fan, I am obviously not going to sit here and say we are better than Baltimore. I picked the Ravens to win the SB before the season started but I do think we played a very smart game against them and we got the W. Matt Gay is arguably the best kicker in the league, so really him making all those kicks wasn't even a fluke. If I had to list the teams better than us in the AFC, I would say Ravens, Chiefs, Dolphins, Jags in the AFC. With Burrow out I can't include Cincy but yet they may beat us tomorrow because we are due for a loss. Bills for some reason just don't have it this year. So, we are arguably the 5th best team, we got cheated out of the Browns game.
  13. As of now, no changes have been made. Even if Lawrence plays, I am sticking with the Browns. No way he is 100%. A high ankle sprain takes a few weeks to fully recover from. EasyE disagrees with me on 1 game being Vikings at Raiders. I took the Vikings. Chad disagreed with me on 2 games being Bills at Chiefs and Colts at Bengals. I have Chiefs and Colts. Pick of the week has already happened, @w87rtook the Pats over Steelers. Great stuff!
  14. I don't think we will lose tomorrow but if we do, don't panic. We will beat the Steelers at home, I just see no way we lose that. They are a mess.
  15. Steelers losing really helps matters, because I think we finally beat them. They look bad. We need the Bills to lose to KC as well. Just in case we do lose tomorrow.
  16. On paper, the Yankees look great. I was shocked they played so poorly last season with the roster they had in 2023. They are due to win the WS, haven't won one since 2009 and as you know have 27 total. Regarding my Cubs, it is hard to believe it has been 8 seasons since they won that dramatic WS in 2016. Going into 2024, it will be season 9 since that happened. Time freakin flies! I think we have a good roster but nothing special. Counsel will be better for us than Ross as far as manager. I hope we re-sign Bellinger.
  17. We could lose tomorrow. I don't think we will but if we do it would not surprise me. 1. We are due for a loss. It is law of averages because winning 5 games in a row rarely happens. 2. We are playing a team that has multiple good down field weapons. 1 great in Chase. 3. We are playing a team on the road that knows their playoff life is on the line. If we beat them, they are toast. If we lose, but then beat the Steelers we are still ok at 8-6.
  18. Here is a fun fact. Irsay as an owner is 101-88-1 after the Peyton era, still 13 games above .500 over a 12-season span. Colts have also made the playoffs 5 times, getting ready to be 6 and an AFC Title Game post Peyton era.
