I really don't think Baltimore took us for granted. We just outplayed them that day. Why is it some fans in here say when we win close games, we are lucky or the ball bounced our way but yet last year when we went 4-12-1 and lost 3 games by 1 point, our FG kicker missed a FG causing a tie, and we lost another in OT, it is we deserved to lose, that the other team just beat us, and no luck was involved? Really in 2022 we could have easily gone 9-8, we lost 4 games where we had the lead late in the 4th Qtr and just blew those games. The other our FG kicker missed an easy kick that should have been a win. What you are saying about us, I can say about 20 other teams. As in they get lucky a lot, they barley win, so they aren't that good. Sooner or later some in here need to start giving us credit for winning the games we win, because maybe we deserved to win them and we are a good team and don't suck like many thought - now that is a thought.

I became a member before the 2015 season but was lurking, reading posts in here during the 2014 season playoffs because I wasn't a member anywhere. ESPN was no longer after the 2013 season. So, in a way I have been here technically since 2014. I just joined a few months later. I thought the deflate gate discussions were wild in here, so I joined in and just started posting. Pats fans were everywhere in here back then. Never thought I would end up with over 60,000 posts. That is nuts really. Anyway, I have to honestly say since the 2014 season (we made the AFC Title Game that year) regarding my time in here, I have enjoyed this season the most. 2018 and 2020 were fun/good too. This season as a fan is really hard to figure out. 1st it was, everyone just wanted to see AR and his progressions. Then it went too, winning actually matters and it is fun doing so in a wild season with all the injuries to other teams. This thing is wide open in reality. I can't remember a season quite like this one with all the injuries to several teams.

Oh I know, I know . Of course, the Minshew haters will come out of the woodwork too. Critiquing every bad pass he makes. I swear, Minshew could throw for 350 yards, 2 TD's, and 0 INT's and we win by 10 points and there would still be some saying, damn he had so and so wide open 3 or 4 times and missed him, so he wasn't good at all..

Broncos too? The suspense is great isn't it.

It is just so much fun being in here when we are fighting for a playoff spot, playing good football. The vibe in here is so much better and the suspense of all these games is fun. How anyone can't enjoy this, I will never understand.

Even if we lose to Cincy somehow, the sky isn't falling because we can rebound and still beat Pitt which pretty much would eliminate Pitt. The Houston game would matter then more than likely but I am going to just enjoy the ride. One game at a time. We should beat Cincy but we have won 4 in row so we are due for a loss. That is just law of averages.

If we beat Cincy and Pitt both, that last game might not even matter vs Houston.

It is because of the rivalry we have had them, and I also think SB 40 was a farce. They seem to get a lot of timely calls in big games, even against us in the 95 Championship Game. Kordell steps out of bounds and the REF is right there and calls nothing, they score a TD of course. A fan of any team always has 2 or 3 teams they can't stand because of rivalries. Mine are the Pats and Steelers. I respect Mike Tomlin though.
