  1. I see what you saying and its an interesting thought and I wouldnt be surprised if that would factor in to team building approaches all over the league but I believe Ballard to have a strong bpa mindset when it comes to drafting. Limiting yourself to certain positions each year to fill those positions w talent, based on the fact you prioritise those positions purely out of cost effectiveness seems like a contradiction ps. didn't read previous comments just that one I replied to
  2. Also how about coaches or front office personal? How many survived the purge in 2011?
  3. Falling in love w EJ Speed more and more, love our linebackers
  4. The issue with FA isn't Ballard but the location of the franchise, it's an area we have historically struggled in Regarding the suck for luck, this has been discussed at length and don't think we can add much more to that story. You either on one side or the other.
  5. I wasn't specifically talking about you, more like your comment triggered a response to a topic I see being brought up here all the time Giving a chance to younger players whose development would pay off in the long run like our corners over Gilmore etc, isn't the same as tanking which I don't believe is in the character of this organisation either, definitely not at this point of the season Not looking to be a keyboard warrior, just don't get this negativity here around team (again not a comment on your comment)
  6. Some of the negativity around this team here is truly baffling, people out here are talking about the team tanking after Week 1 If this is what you expect from your team, front office and coaching groups, why even follow
  7. I always find it incredible that we are watching the same sport, same team and league and same game and we walk away with a wildly different experience and expectations. I, for one, am super excited, if I give up on this team that'll be after Week 18 not Week 1 fml.
  8. Realistically, in my opinion, the two things we needed to see from Richardson are flashes of being a special talent and control of the O overall.(line of scrimmage and all that) I think he showed promise yesterday and he will keep improving and it will be damn exciting. I'm all here for it.
  9. That was a lot of FUN, we did a lot better than expected. RB is an issue, I like Jackson but we need more depth. WRs need to start stepping up Defense showed up big Zaire Franklin is a menace EJ Speed will have a breakout year imo. Corners I'm not sure what to say yet, need to see more of the tape.
  10. Sad to see this happening but it is the way of the markets. Simple supply and demand. They way the league been flooded with WR talent the past 3-4 years, it's a matter of time till similar things happen w that position. Organic circles.
  11. I swear people think the NFL works the same way as your Madden cfm.
  12. It's like you dislike the team you support to claim. One would think, the fanbase of the Colts would be patient and understanding bunch given the fact that the most beloved and legendary player of the Colts, Manning, started off his career by breaking the rookie int record. That's a whole season of bad, not 15 minutes, give the kid a break, he is 21 years for god sakes. Ever heard about nerves lmao
  13. Yes Ballard! Got the balls to take a chance to be great, lets see!!
  14. I’d disagree, his adjusted accuracy is not that bad, the main issue w him is lack of experience, anyway, we’ll see soon
  15. Personally I’ll be surprised if Levis is a top 10 pick, maybe even top 20, imo he is in the conversation because of the constant need at qb in the league, like a Jake Locker situation But if he comes to us, we got to support him
  16. Game and rules have changed significantly tho but I’d say whats important is significant mobility like Allen Herbert or Mahomes any extra is bonus but you got to be able to extend plays when play broken down, that extra time is so important, look where someone like Mac Jones will be ranked in the AFC this year, would have been bettern than average 20 years ago, probably projected to be bottom 5 in the afc now
  17. AR is better than Levis in every way, pocket presense between these two are day and night Therefore, AR is more ready, between the two
  18. the biggest issue w AR is his inexperience, 20 years old, has a rocket of an arm (Jordan Palmer said AR has one of the best arms he ever seen) and seems to be legit when it comes to attitude in my opinion, in an AFC stacked w qbs like this era, we must get Richardson to give us a chance to be great
