One thing that worked for me besides the weights was a combo of running, walking and bicycling. Pick your run/walk route....longer the better. Walk a hundred steps....jog 1-2,000...back and forth. It is good that your mind is working. Of course sprint the last 100 yards home. It simulates plays well too. I loved it....with bicycling long distances too.

It's a question of scoring to me. Can Philly put up 40 points against a Rob Ryan defense? I highly doubt it. Their QB doesn't handle pressure will if you shut down the Eagles ground game. Saints win this Saturday just like the "BIG EASY."
